What SavvyCal (BYOK) is for

SavvyCal (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own SavvyCal data through the SavvyCal API with a key you supply (personal access token (starts with pt_secret_)). Read-only: 8 tools (get_current_user, list_events, get_event, list_links, get_link, list_link_slots, list_workflows, list_time_zones). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.savvycal.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which SavvyCal account is my token connected to?"
  • "What meetings do I have coming up in SavvyCal?"

  • "Which scheduling links do I have in SavvyCal?"

What it does

  • get_current_user: Show the SavvyCal user the token belongs to: name, email, plan, time zone and time format.
  • list_events: List booked meetings with title, start and end, state, link, organizer, attendees and join details. Defaults to your upcoming confirmed meetings; filter by state, period, dates or link. Pages by cursor.
  • get_event: Get one booked meeting by event id or UUID with title, times, state, attendees, location, conferencing, payment and cancel or reschedule details.
  • list_links: List scheduling links with name, slug, state, durations, increment, custom fields and owning scope. Filter by active or disabled. Pages by cursor.
  • get_link: Get one scheduling link by id with name, slug, state, durations, increment, custom fields and scope.
  • list_link_slots: List open time slots on a scheduling link with start, end, duration and rank. The window can span at most 31 days.
  • list_workflows: List automated workflows with name, state and creation date. Pages by cursor.
  • list_time_zones: List time zones with id, abbreviation, offset, daylight-saving flag and names, as of now or a chosen instant. Large answer, capped.

BYOK key

You bring your own SavvyCal personal access token (starts with pt_secret_) (https://savvycal.com/developers). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.savvycal.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
