What Sellbrite (BYOK) is for

Sellbrite (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Sellbrite data through the Sellbrite API with a key you supply (account token (API token)). Read-only: 8 tools (list_channels, list_warehouses, list_orders, get_order, list_inventory, list_products, get_product, list_variation_groups). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.sellbrite.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which sales channels are connected to my Sellbrite account?"
  • "Which warehouses do I have?"
  • "Which orders are still open and unshipped?"
  • "Show Sellbrite order 1001"
  • "Which SKUs are low on stock in warehouse w1?"
  • "Which products changed in the last week?"

What it does

  • list_channels: List the sales channels connected to Sellbrite (Amazon, eBay, Etsy and others) with state and region.
  • list_warehouses: List warehouses with name, type (Sellbrite or Amazon FBA), city, region, country and archived flag.
  • list_orders: List orders across all channels with order number, channel, statuses, totals, dates, requested shipping and line items. Buyer names, emails, phones and addresses are left out. Up to 100 per page; filter by date or status.
  • get_order: One order by its Sellbrite sequence number, with statuses, totals, dates and line items (buyer details are left out).
  • list_inventory: List inventory per SKU and warehouse: on hand, available, reserved, product name, package size and weight, cost, barcodes and bin location. Filter by warehouse, SKU or dates.
  • list_products: List products in the Sellbrite catalog (sku, name, description, price and related fields as returned by Sellbrite). Filter by modification date.
  • get_product: One product by SKU: name, description, price and, for variation groups, the child variations.
  • list_variation_groups: List variation groups (parent products with their child variations) in the catalog.

BYOK key

You bring your own Sellbrite account token (API token) (https://developer.sellbrite.com/credentials). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.sellbrite.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
