What Sendcloud (BYOK) is for

Sendcloud (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Sendcloud data through the Sendcloud API with a key you supply (public API key). Read-only: 10 tools (list_orders, get_order, list_shipments, get_shipment, get_parcel_tracking, list_returns, list_integrations, list_invoices, list_brands, list_sender_addresses). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to panel.sendcloud.sc. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Sendcloud orders are still unshipped?"
  • "Show Sendcloud order 1234567."
  • "What is the status of the Sendcloud shipment for order 1001?"
  • "Show Sendcloud shipment s1 with its parcels."
  • "Where is the Sendcloud parcel with tracking number JVGL0123456789?"
  • "Which returns did Sendcloud register in the last month?"

What it does

  • list_orders: List orders with order number, status and creation and update times. Filter by status, integration, order number or dates; pages by cursor.
  • get_order: Get one order by its Sendcloud order id with order number, status and times.
  • list_shipments: List shipments with order number, references, brand id, destination city and country and their parcels (status, tracking number and URL). Filter by tracking number, order number or update time; pages by cursor.
  • get_shipment: Get one shipment by id with order number, references and its parcels (status, tracking number and URL).
  • get_parcel_tracking: Get tracking information for a parcel by tracking number: expected delivery date, return and service point flags, destination city and country and the list of tracking events.
  • list_returns: List returns created between two dates with their addresses and parent parcel status. Both dates are required; pages by cursor (up to 40 per page).
  • list_integrations: List the shops and platforms connected to the account with name, URL, type, webhook status and last fetch time.
  • list_invoices: List invoices with reference, creation and due dates, taxable and non-taxable amounts, tax and category (subscription or transactional); pages by cursor.
  • list_brands: List brands with name, domain, website and notification settings; pages by cursor.
  • list_sender_addresses: List sender addresses with company, city, country and id; pages by cursor.

BYOK key

You bring your own Sendcloud public API key (https://sendcloud.dev/docs/getting-started/how-to-create-your-api-keys). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to panel.sendcloud.sc over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
