What SendFox (BYOK) is for

SendFox (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own SendFox data through the SendFox API with a key you supply (personal access token (paid plans only)). Read-only: 12 tools (get_account, list_lists, get_list, list_campaigns, get_campaign, get_campaign_stats, list_contact_tags, list_contact_fields, list_forms, list_automations, list_sender_domains, list_campaign_templates). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.sendfox.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "How many contacts does my SendFox account have against its limit?"
  • "How many subscribers are on each SendFox list?"
  • "How is SendFox list 12 doing?"
  • "What campaigns have I sent from SendFox?"
  • "When was SendFox campaign 345 sent?"
  • "What were the open and click rates of SendFox campaign 345?"

What it does

  • get_account: Show the SendFox account the token belongs to: name, how many contacts it holds and its contact limit.
  • list_lists: List contact lists with subscriber and unsubscribe counts and average open and click percentages.
  • get_list: Get one contact list by id with its counts and average engagement.
  • list_campaigns: List campaigns (100 per page) with title, subject, sender, scheduled and sent times. The HTML body is not returned.
  • get_campaign: Get one campaign by id: title, subject, sender, schedule and send time (not the HTML body).
  • get_campaign_stats: Get a campaign's performance: sent, unique opens and clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, spam reports with rates, and optionally its most-clicked links.
  • list_contact_tags: List contact tags with colour and how many contacts carry each, newest first.
  • list_contact_fields: List the custom contact fields defined in the account (label, slug and type), 20 per page.
  • list_forms: List signup forms with title, public URL, GDPR flag and redirect URL.
  • list_automations: List automations with title, active flag and dates.
  • list_sender_domains: List sender (whitelabel) domains with validation time.
  • list_campaign_templates: List saved campaign templates (20 per page) with name, subject and preview text. The saved HTML is not returned.

BYOK key

You bring your own SendFox personal access token (paid plans only) (https://sendfox.com/account/oauth). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.sendfox.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
