What Sensible (BYOK) is for

Sensible (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Sensible data through the Sensible API with a key you supply (Sensible API key). Read-only: 11 tools (list_document_types, get_document_type, list_configurations, get_configuration, list_configuration_versions, list_reference_documents, get_reference_document, list_extractions, get_extraction_statistics, list_email_processors, get_email_processor). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.sensible.so. What it does

  • list_document_types: List the document types in the account with id, name, creation time and settings such as OCR engine and fingerprint mode.
  • get_document_type: Get one document type's settings: OCR engine and level, fingerprint mode, description and review triggers.
  • list_configurations: List the extraction configurations of a document type with creation time and their versions (version id, environments, draft flag, note).
  • get_configuration: Get one extraction configuration (its stringified definition), content type and version list.
  • list_configuration_versions: List the versions of one configuration with environments where each is published, draft flag, note and publisher.
  • list_reference_documents: List the reference (golden) documents attached to a document type with name, creation time and associated configuration (download links are not returned).
  • get_reference_document: Get metadata of one reference document: id, name, creation time, associated configuration and processing error (download links are not returned).
  • list_extractions: List past extractions with status, creation and completion time, coverage score, document type, configuration and review status (document names and results are not returned).
  • get_extraction_statistics: Get daily extraction coverage histograms per configuration and environment for a date range.
  • list_email_processors: List the email processors with creation time and how the email body and attachments are routed to document types (webhook URLs are not returned).
  • get_email_processor: Get one email processor's routing of body and attachments to document types (webhook URLs are not returned).

BYOK key

You bring your own Sensible Sensible API key (https://app.sensible.so/account/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.sensible.so over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
