What Sertifier (BYOK) is for

Sertifier (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Sertifier data through the Sertifier API with a key you supply (Sertifier organization secret key). Read-only: 8 tools (test_authentication, search_credential_details, get_credential_detail, search_campaigns, get_campaign, get_design, search_email_templates, search_attributes). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to b2b.sertifier.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sertifier. Sertifier and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Is my Sertifier API key working?"
  • "Which certificate programs do we have in Sertifier?"
  • "Show the details of Sertifier program d-1001"
  • "What Sertifier campaigns are there and which are drafts?"
  • "What are the settings of Sertifier campaign c-2001?"
  • "What kind of design is Sertifier design g-3001?"

What it does

  • test_authentication: Check that the secret key is accepted by Sertifier; returns a short welcome message when it is.
  • search_credential_details: List the certificate and badge programs (Details) of the organization with title, description, duration, level, skills, attendee count and rating. Page with start_index and length.
  • get_credential_detail: Get one certificate or badge program (Detail): title, description, duration, cost, level, skills, expiry rule and earning criteria.
  • search_campaigns: List credential campaigns (the batches in which credentials are issued) with status, linked program, design and email template. Page with start_index and length.
  • get_campaign: Get one campaign by id: status (0 none, 1 draft, 2 scheduled, 3 sent), linked program, design, badge and email template, sender name and subject.
  • get_design: Get one certificate or badge design by id: title, type (1 certificate, 2 badge) and creation date. The HTML preview is not returned.
  • search_email_templates: List the email templates used to deliver credentials: id, title and creation date. Page with start_index and length.
  • search_attributes: List the custom attributes (extra fields printed on credentials) with id, title, display format and type (1 text, 2 date, 3 number). Page with start_index and length.

BYOK key

You bring your own Sertifier Sertifier organization secret key (https://docs.sertifier.com/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to b2b.sertifier.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Sertifier API (b2b.sertifier.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://docs.sertifier.com/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sertifier. Sertifier and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Sertifier account.
