What SimpleLocalize (BYOK) is for
SimpleLocalize (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own SimpleLocalize data through the SimpleLocalize API with a key you supply (SimpleLocalize project API key). Read-only: 6 tools (search_translations, get_translations_for_key, list_missing_translations, list_languages, list_customers, get_customer). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.simplelocalize.io. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SimpleLocalize. SimpleLocalize and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Find translations containing 'welcome' in my SimpleLocalize project"
- "Show all translations of the key HELLO_WORLD in SimpleLocalize"
- "Which Polish translations are still empty in SimpleLocalize?"
- "Which languages does my SimpleLocalize project support?"
- "Which customers have custom translations in SimpleLocalize?"
- "Describe the SimpleLocalize customer my-customer-2137"
What it does
search_translations: Search the project's translations by text, key, namespace, language, review state or customer. Returns key, namespace, language, text and review status. At most 500 per page.get_translations_for_key: Get every language's translation of one translation key (optionally within one namespace).list_missing_translations: List translation entries with empty text for one language, so gaps can be found.list_languages: List the languages configured in the project with their keys and descriptions.list_customers: List the customer keys used for customer-specific translations, with their descriptions.get_customer: Get one customer's key and description by its customer key.
BYOK key
You bring your own SimpleLocalize SimpleLocalize project API key (https://simplelocalize.io/docs/api/get-started/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.simplelocalize.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
