What SocketLabs (BYOK) is for
SocketLabs (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own SocketLabs data through the SocketLabs API with a key you supply (SocketLabs API key (created with the 'SocketLabs Api' access option)). Read-only: 12 tools (get_usage_summary, list_sending_domains, list_bounce_domains, list_dkim_entries, list_tracking_domains, get_delivery_overview, get_failures_overview, list_failed_messages, search_messages_by_recipient, search_suppressions, get_streamscore, get_sender_queue_count). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.socketlabs.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SocketLabs. SocketLabs and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "How many emails have I used so far this billing period on SocketLabs server 12345?"
- "Which sending domains on SocketLabs server 12345 are authenticated?"
- "Which bounce domains are set up on SocketLabs server 12345?"
- "Which DKIM selectors does SocketLabs server 12345 use?"
- "Is click tracking enabled on SocketLabs server 12345?"
- "How many emails did SocketLabs server 12345 deliver between 2026-10-01 and 2026-10-07?"
What it does

BYOK key
You bring your own SocketLabs SocketLabs API key (created with the 'SocketLabs Api' access option) (https://portal.socketlabs.com/x/smtp-api/key-manager). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.socketlabs.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
