About

Solarwinds Service Desk (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Solarwinds Service Desk data through the Solarwinds Service Desk API with a key you supply (SolarWinds Service Desk API token (US region)). Read-only: 11 tools (list_incidents, get_incident, list_problems, list_changes, list_hardware_assets, list_users, list_groups, list_solutions, list_sites, list_departments, list_categories). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.samanage.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Solarwinds Service Desk. Solarwinds Service Desk and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Sources: Live from the Solarwinds Service Desk API (api.samanage.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://apidoc.samanage.com/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

BYOK: bring your own keyThis connector uses your own Solarwinds Service Desk SolarWinds Service Desk API token (US region). Create one at https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/swsd/content/completeguidetoswsd/token-authentication-for-api-integration.htm, with the fewest permissions it needs (read-only if the provider offers it).
