What Solvimon (BYOK) is for

Solvimon (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Solvimon data through the Solvimon API with a key you supply (Solvimon API key (live platform; a TEST-environment key will not work)). Read-only: 10 tools (list_customers, get_customer, list_invoices, get_invoice, list_payments, list_subscriptions, list_pricing_plans, list_products, list_meters, list_coupons). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.solvimon.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "List my Solvimon customers."
  • "Show Solvimon customer acme."
  • "Which Solvimon invoices are unpaid?"
  • "Show Solvimon invoice inv_1."
  • "List Solvimon payments for invoice inv_1."
  • "Which Solvimon subscriptions are active?"

What it does

  • list_customers: List customers: reference, status, type (organization or individual), timezone, locale, roles and custom fields. Optionally filter by reference.
  • get_customer: Get one customer by Solvimon ID or your own reference: status, type, timezone, locale, roles and organization name.
  • list_invoices: List invoices with number, status, dates, currency, totals (including tax, open, paid) and subscription IDs. Filter by customer, paid and on-hold state.
  • get_invoice: Get one invoice by ID with status, dates, totals, tax summary, billing period and linked invoices.
  • list_payments: List payments with customer, invoice, amount, refunded amount, result and timestamp. Filter by customer or invoice.
  • list_subscriptions: List pricing plan subscriptions: name, status, customer, billing currency, terms, auto-renewal and next invoice. Filter by customer, status or type.
  • list_pricing_plans: List pricing plans: name, type (standard or custom), variant, currencies, tax mode and version infos. Filter by type or customer.
  • list_products: List products: name, reference, status, category, type (default or add-on), tax category and display order.
  • list_meters: List usage meters: name, reference, status and the meter values and properties they use.
  • list_coupons: List coupons: name, discount, duration, validity window, maximum and current redemptions, status.

BYOK key

You bring your own Solvimon Solvimon API key (live platform; a TEST-environment key will not work) (https://docs.solvimon.com/platform-guides/platform-configuration/api-key-creation). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.solvimon.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
