What Spoke Dispatch (BYOK) is for

Spoke Dispatch (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Spoke Dispatch data through the Spoke Dispatch API with a key you supply (Spoke Dispatch API key). Read-only: 12 tools (list_plans, get_plan, list_plan_stops, get_stop, list_routes, get_route, list_route_stops, list_drivers, list_depots, list_unassigned_stops, search_stops, list_custom_stop_properties). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.spoke.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Spoke Dispatch. Spoke Dispatch and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which delivery plans do I have for next week?"
  • "Show plan abc123"
  • "What stops are in plan abc123 and when will they be reached?"
  • "Show stop s1 of plan abc123"
  • "Which routes start this week and have they been started?"
  • "Is route abc123 completed?"

What it does

  • list_plans: List delivery plans of the team with title, start date, depot, optimization state, drivers and routes. Filter by title or start date range.
  • get_plan: Get one delivery plan: title, start date, depot, whether it is distributed and optimized, and its drivers and routes.
  • list_plan_stops: List the stops of a plan (10 per page at most) with address, type, activity, position, package count, ETA and delivery state. Can filter by the recipient's external ID.
  • get_stop: Get one stop of a plan with address, coordinates, type, notes, packages, recipient name, ETA and delivery details.
  • list_routes: List routes (one per driver) with title, stop count, driver, plan and progress flags. Filter by start date range.
  • get_route: Get one route: title, number of stops, assigned driver, plan and whether it is distributed, started or completed.
  • list_route_stops: List the stops of one route (10 per page at most) in driving order with address, ETA and delivery state.
  • list_drivers: List drivers of the team with display name, active flag and depots. Contact details are not returned.
  • list_depots: List the team's depots (start and end points) with their names.
  • list_unassigned_stops: List stops that are not yet in a plan with depot, address, activity, package count and recipient external ID.
  • search_stops: Full-text search across all stops including unassigned ones, with an optional filter expression such as address.countryCode = "DE". Newly created stops can take a while to appear.
  • list_custom_stop_properties: List the custom stop properties defined by the team (ID, name, whether drivers and recipients can see them).

BYOK key

You bring your own Spoke Dispatch Spoke Dispatch API key (https://dispatch.spoke.com/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.spoke.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Spoke Dispatch API (api.spoke.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://developer.dispatch.spoke.com/api/v1. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Spoke Dispatch. Spoke Dispatch and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Spoke Dispatch account.
