What SportsData.io NASCAR (BYOK) is for
SportsData.io NASCAR (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own SportsData.io NASCAR data through the SportsData.io NASCAR API with a key you supply (SportsData.io NASCAR API key). Read-only: 8 tools (list_series, list_races, list_tracks, list_active_drivers, list_drivers, get_driver, get_race_result, get_final_race_result). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.sportsdata.io. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SportsData.io NASCAR. SportsData.io NASCAR and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which NASCAR series exist?"
- "What is the NASCAR calendar for 2026?"
- "Which tracks does NASCAR visit in 2026?"
- "Who drives for each NASCAR team?"
- "Which drivers have competed in NASCAR?"
- "Tell me about NASCAR driver 80000268"
What it does

Large for a full field.get_final_race_result: Get the final result of a finished NASCAR race: race details and every driver's finishing record.
BYOK key
You bring your own SportsData.io NASCAR SportsData.io NASCAR API key (https://sportsdata.io/developers/api-documentation/nascar). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.sportsdata.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
