What Statsig (BYOK) is for
Statsig (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Statsig data through the Statsig API with a key you supply (Statsig Console API key (a read-only key is enough)). Read-only: 10 tools (list_gates, get_gate, list_experiments, get_experiment, list_dynamic_configs, list_segments, list_layers, list_tags, list_metrics, list_audit_logs). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to statsigapi.net. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Statsig. Statsig and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which Statsig feature gates do I have?"
- "Show Statsig gate new_checkout"
- "Which Statsig experiments are running?"
- "Show Statsig experiment checkout_test"
- "Which Statsig dynamic configs exist?"
- "Which Statsig segments exist?"
What it does
list_gates: List feature gates with name, description, status (In Progress, Launched, Disabled, Archived), lifecycle type, enabled flag, checks per hour and last change time (UTC milliseconds).get_gate: Get one feature gate by id: status, type, enabled flag, checks per hour, tags and console link.list_experiments: List experiments with name, hypothesis, status (setup, active, decision_made, experiment_stopped and more), layer, start and end time and allocation. Filter by status.get_experiment: Get one experiment by id: hypothesis, status, layer, start and end time, allocation, tags and console link.list_dynamic_configs: List dynamic configs with name, description, status (Enabled, Disabled, Archived), lifecycle type, checks per hour and last change time.list_segments: List segments with name, description, type (id_list, rule_based, analysis_list), enabled flag, ID count for id lists and tags.list_layers: List experiment layers with name, description, ID type, implicit-layer flag, tags and console link.list_tags: List tags used to organize gates, experiments, configs and metrics, with name, description and whether the tag is a core tag.list_metrics: List metric definitions with name, type (ratio, sum, mean, funnel and more), description, desired direction, verified flag and tags.list_audit_logs: List recent changes in the Statsig project (audit log): change name, action type, a change summary and date. Defaults to the last 90 days.
BYOK key
You bring your own Statsig Statsig Console API key (a read-only key is enough) (https://console.statsig.com/api_keys). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to statsigapi.net over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

What it is not
Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Statsig. Statsig and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Statsig account.
