What Tilda (BYOK) is for

Tilda (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Tilda data through the Tilda API with a key you supply (public key (needs the Business plan; Site settings > Export > API)). Read-only: 5 tools (list_projects, get_project, list_pages, get_page, get_page_html). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.tildacdn.info. Tilda and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Tilda projects do I have?"
  • "What is the custom domain of Tilda project 1234567?"
  • "Which pages are in Tilda project 1234567?"
  • "Show Tilda page 1001"
  • "Give me the HTML of Tilda page 1001"

What it does

  • list_projects: List the Tilda projects (websites) of the account with id, title and description.
  • get_project: Get one project's settings: title, custom domain, home page id, 404 page id and export paths.
  • list_pages: List the pages of a project with id, title, alias, file name, edit date and publish timestamp.
  • get_page: Get one page's details (title, description, alias, dates, file name) without its HTML.
  • get_page_html: Get one page's body HTML code together with its details. The answer can be large; the API allows about 150 requests an hour and is meant for syncing, not for serving visitors.

BYOK key

You bring your own Tilda public key (needs the Business plan; Site settings > Export > API) (https://tilda.cc/identity/apikeys/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.tildacdn.info over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
