What Tito (BYOK) is for

Tito (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Tito data through the Tito API with a key you supply (Tito Admin API token (secret, live or test mode)). Read-only: 11 tools (check_connection, list_events, list_past_events, get_event, list_releases, list_tickets, list_registrations, list_activities, list_checkin_lists, list_questions, list_refunds). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.tito.io. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tito. Tito and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Is my Tito token valid and which accounts can it see?"
  • "What upcoming events does my Tito account biscuit-box have?"
  • "Which past events has biscuit-box run on Tito?"
  • "Show the Tito event 2026 of biscuit-box"
  • "How many tickets of each release were sold for event 2026?"
  • "Who has a completed ticket for Tito event 2026?"

What it does

  • check_connection: Check that the token works: shows whether it is authenticated, its lookup mode (live or test) and the account slugs it can reach.
  • list_events: List an account's upcoming Tito events with dates, location, currency, live and test-mode flags and public URL.
  • list_past_events: List an account's past Tito events with dates, location, currency and URL.
  • get_event: Get one Tito event: title, dates, location, currency, live and test-mode flags, URL and its ticket releases.
  • list_releases: List an event's ticket releases with price, quantity, tickets sold, sale state and sale window.
  • list_tickets: List an event's tickets (newest first) with reference, attendee name, state, release and price; email and phone are not returned.
  • list_registrations: List an event's registrations (orders) newest first with reference, buyer name, state, total, ticket count and refund flag; email is not returned.
  • list_activities: List an event's activities (sessions or workshops) with capacity, allocation count and sold-out flag.
  • list_checkin_lists: List an event's check-in lists with their slug and title.
  • list_questions: List the registration questions of an event with title, field type, required flag and number of answers.
  • list_refunds: List an event's refunds with id, amount and creation time.

BYOK key

You bring your own Tito Tito Admin API token (secret, live or test mode) (https://id.tito.io). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.tito.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Tito API (api.tito.io) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://ti.to/docs/api/admin/3.0. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tito. Tito and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Tito account.
