What Tolt (BYOK) is for

Tolt (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Tolt data through the Tolt API with a key you supply (Tolt API key). Read-only: 9 tools (list_programs, list_partners, get_partner, list_links, list_commissions, get_commission, list_transactions, get_transaction, list_promotion_codes). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.tolt.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which affiliate programs do I run in Tolt?"
  • "Who are the active affiliate partners in my Tolt program?"
  • "How much revenue has Tolt partner part_abc brought in?"
  • "Which tracking links do my Tolt partners use?"
  • "Which Tolt commissions are still pending?"
  • "Show Tolt commission com_1"

What it does

  • list_programs: List the affiliate programs of the organization with status and currency.
  • list_partners: List the affiliate partners of a program with name, email, company, status, country and creation date. An email filter looks up one partner. Payout details are left out.
  • get_partner: Get one partner with status, country and dates; optionally include performance stats (clicks, leads, customers, revenue and commission totals).
  • list_links: List the affiliate tracking links of a program (tracking parameter and value per partner).
  • list_commissions: List the commissions of a program with amount, revenue, source, status and the customer and transaction they came from.
  • get_commission: Get one commission by id.
  • list_transactions: List the referred-customer payments (transactions) of a program with amount, billing interval, source and partner.
  • get_transaction: Get one transaction by id.
  • list_promotion_codes: List the promotion codes of a program with type, value and owning partner.

BYOK key

You bring your own Tolt Tolt API key (https://app.tolt.io/settings?tab=integrations). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.tolt.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
