What Torii (BYOK) is for
Torii (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Torii data through the Torii API with a key you supply (Torii API key (admin-created)). Read-only: 7 tools (get_organization, list_apps, search_apps, get_app, list_contracts, get_contract, list_transactions). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.toriihq.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Torii. Torii and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which Torii organization is this key for?"
- "Which SaaS apps do we use, and how many active users does each have?"
- "Is Notion in the Torii app catalog?"
- "Show details for Torii app 1."
- "Which software contracts do we have in Torii?"
- "Show Torii contract 5."
What it does
get_organization: Show the Torii organization the key belongs to: id and company name.list_apps: List the SaaS apps Torii discovered with state, category, vendor, primary owner and active user count. Choose columns with fields; sort and page with cursor.search_apps: Search Torii's app catalog by name and return the best matches (up to 50).get_app: Get one app by id with its fields (name, state, category, vendor, owner, user counts).list_contracts: List software contracts with name, app id, owner and status; request more columns with fields (including custom contract fields).get_contract: Get one contract by id with name, app id, owner and status.list_transactions: List expense transactions mapped to apps with date, amount, source, description, app and department. Filter by app; sort by date or amount.
BYOK key
You bring your own Torii Torii API key (admin-created) (https://app.toriihq.com/team/settings/apiAccess). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.toriihq.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
