What Twilio Numbers (BYOK) is for
Twilio Numbers (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Twilio Numbers data through the Twilio Numbers API with a key you supply (Account SID or API key SID (use a restricted API key, SID starts with SK, rather than the main Auth Token where possible)). Read-only: 9 tools (list_bundles, get_bundle, list_bundle_evaluations, list_bundle_item_assignments, list_bundle_copies, list_regulations, get_regulation, list_end_user_types, list_supporting_document_types). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to numbers.twilio.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twilio Numbers. Twilio Numbers and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which of my Twilio regulatory bundles are approved?"
- "Is regulatory bundle BU... approved?"
- "Why is regulatory bundle BU... not compliant?"
- "Which items are attached to regulatory bundle BU...?"
- "Which copies of regulatory bundle BU... exist?"
- "What does Germany require for local business numbers?"
What it does
list_bundles: List regulatory bundles (the identity and address documents needed to own numbers in regulated countries) with status and expiry. The contact email is not returned.get_bundle: Get one regulatory bundle: regulation, review status, expiry and dates.list_bundle_evaluations: List compliance evaluations of a bundle with overall status and which requirements failed.list_bundle_item_assignments: List the end users and supporting documents attached to a bundle (SIDs only).list_bundle_copies: List the copies made of a bundle with status and expiry.list_regulations: List the regulations that apply to phone numbers by country, number type and end user type. Optionally includes the document constraints.get_regulation: Get one regulation with the end user and document requirements it sets.list_end_user_types: List end user types (business or individual) with the fields each needs.list_supporting_document_types: List supporting document types (such as proof of address) with the fields each needs.
BYOK key
You bring your own Twilio Numbers Account SID or API key SID (use a restricted API key, SID starts with SK, rather than the main Auth Token where possible) (https://www.twilio.com/docs/iam/api-keys/keys-in-console). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to numbers.twilio.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
