What Twilio Trust Hub (BYOK) is for

Twilio Trust Hub (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Twilio Trust Hub data through the Twilio Trust Hub API with a key you supply (Account SID or API key SID (use a restricted API key, SID starts with SK, rather than the main Auth Token where possible)). Read-only: 11 tools (list_customer_profiles, get_customer_profile, list_customer_profile_evaluations, list_customer_profile_numbers, list_trust_products, get_trust_product, list_trust_product_evaluations, list_trust_product_numbers, list_policies, list_end_user_types, list_supporting_document_types). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to trusthub.twilio.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twilio Trust Hub. Twilio Trust Hub and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which of my Twilio customer profiles are approved?"
  • "Is customer profile BU... approved yet?"
  • "Why is customer profile BU... not compliant?"
  • "Which numbers are assigned to customer profile BU...?"
  • "Which Twilio trust products are in review?"
  • "Is trust product BU... approved?"

What it does

  • list_customer_profiles: List Trust Hub Customer Profiles with review status, policy and expiry. The contact email is not returned.
  • get_customer_profile: Get one Customer Profile: review status, policy, expiry and dates.
  • list_customer_profile_evaluations: List compliance evaluations of a Customer Profile against its policy, with the overall status and which requirements failed.
  • list_customer_profile_numbers: List the phone numbers and other channel endpoints assigned to a Customer Profile.
  • list_trust_products: List Trust Hub Trust Products (for example SHAKEN/STIR or CNAM) with review status, policy and expiry. The contact email is not returned.
  • get_trust_product: Get one Trust Product: review status, policy, expiry and dates.
  • list_trust_product_evaluations: List compliance evaluations of a Trust Product against its policy, with the overall status and failed requirements.
  • list_trust_product_numbers: List the phone numbers and other channel endpoints assigned to a Trust Product.
  • list_policies: List the Trust Hub policies (the requirement sets a Customer Profile or Trust Product is checked against).
  • list_end_user_types: List the end user types (field definitions for business or individual information) used in Customer Profiles.
  • list_supporting_document_types: List the supporting document types (such as business registration or proof of address) and the fields each needs.

BYOK key

You bring your own Twilio Trust Hub Account SID or API key SID (use a restricted API key, SID starts with SK, rather than the main Auth Token where possible) (https://www.twilio.com/docs/iam/api-keys/keys-in-console). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to trusthub.twilio.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Twilio Trust Hub API (trusthub.twilio.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://www.twilio.com/docs/trust-hub/trusthub-rest-api. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twilio Trust Hub. Twilio Trust Hub and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Twilio Trust Hub account.
