What Ultravox Operations (BYOK) is for

Ultravox Operations (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Ultravox Operations data through the Ultravox Operations API with a key you supply (Ultravox API key). Read-only: 8 tools (get_concurrency_usage, list_call_throttles, get_call_throttle, list_scheduled_call_batches, get_scheduled_call_batch, get_corpus, list_corpus_sources, list_corpus_source_documents). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.ultravox.ai. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Ultravox Operations. Ultravox Operations and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "What was my peak number of simultaneous Ultravox calls yesterday?"
  • "Which call throttles limit my Ultravox outbound calling?"
  • "How many calls per minute does my Ultravox throttle allow?"
  • "Which Ultravox call batches are still running for my agent?"
  • "How far along is my Ultravox call batch?"
  • "Is my Ultravox knowledge corpus ready and how many documents does it hold?"

What it does

  • get_concurrency_usage: Get historical call concurrency as a time series with peak and average total and joined calls per bucket (minute, 5 minutes, hour or day).
  • list_call_throttles: List call throttles with id, name, creation time and the rules (maximum calls per sliding window in seconds).
  • get_call_throttle: Get one call throttle with its name, creation time and rules (maxCalls per windowSeconds).
  • list_scheduled_call_batches: List the scheduled call batches of an agent with creation time, call window, throttle, paused flag, total and completed call counts and end time.
  • get_scheduled_call_batch: Get one scheduled call batch with its window, throttle, paused flag, total and completed counts and end time (webhook secret and recipients are not returned).
  • get_corpus: Get one knowledge corpus with name, description, status (empty, initializing, ready, updating) and document, chunk and vector counts.
  • list_corpus_sources: List the sources of a corpus with name, description, status (initializing, ready, updating), document count and last update.
  • list_corpus_source_documents: List the documents of a corpus source with MIME type, size in bytes, title and language (document contents are not returned).

BYOK key

You bring your own Ultravox Operations Ultravox API key (https://app.ultravox.ai/settings/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.ultravox.ai over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Notices

Read-only: never starts or schedules calls and never returns call transcripts, recordings, recipient phone numbers or webhook secrets.

Data sources

Live from the Ultravox Operations API (api.ultravox.ai) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://docs.ultravox.ai/api-reference/introduction. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Ultravox Operations. Ultravox Operations and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Ultravox Operations account.
