What Uplisting (BYOK) is for

Uplisting (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Uplisting data through the Uplisting API with a key you supply (Uplisting API key, Base64 encoded (Uplisting expects the Base64 form of the key)). Read-only: 7 tools (whoami, list_properties, get_property, search_availability, list_bookings, get_calendar, list_webhooks). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to connect.uplisting.io. What it does

  • whoami: Check the API key and get the name and unique id of the Uplisting account it belongs to.
  • list_properties: List all properties of the Uplisting account with name, type, capacity, bedrooms, currency, time zone and check-in and check-out hours.
  • get_property: Get one property with name, type, capacity, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, currency, time zone and check-in and check-out hours.
  • search_availability: Find the properties that are available for a stay, optionally by number of guests, price range and city.
  • list_bookings: List the bookings of a property, including cancelled ones, with dates, guest name, status, channel, number of guests and money amounts. Up to 50 per page; without dates it covers one year from today.
  • get_calendar: Get the day-by-day calendar of a property: availability, day rate, minimum stay and arrival and departure restrictions. Covers at most 12 months; without dates it is one year from today.
  • list_webhooks: List the webhooks registered for the Uplisting account with event name, target URL and creation time.

BYOK key

You bring your own Uplisting Uplisting API key, Base64 encoded (Uplisting expects the Base64 form of the key) (https://support.uplisting.io/docs/api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to connect.uplisting.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
