What UptimeRobot (BYOK) is for

UptimeRobot (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own UptimeRobot data through the UptimeRobot API with a key you supply (UptimeRobot API key). Read-only: 10 tools (get_user, list_monitors, get_monitor, get_monitor_uptime, get_monitor_response_time, get_uptime_summary, list_incidents, list_maintenance_windows, list_status_pages, list_monitor_groups). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.uptimerobot.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by UptimeRobot. UptimeRobot and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "How many monitors do I use on my UptimeRobot plan?"
  • "Which of my UptimeRobot monitors are down?"
  • "Is UptimeRobot monitor 123456 up?"
  • "What was the uptime of UptimeRobot monitor 123456 this month?"
  • "How fast does UptimeRobot monitor 123456 respond?"
  • "What was my overall uptime on UptimeRobot over the last 30 days?"

What it does

  • get_user: Show the UptimeRobot account: email, name, monitor count and limit, and the active plan.
  • list_monitors: List monitors with status, URL, type and check interval; filter by name, URL, status, tag or group; page with cursor from nextLink.
  • get_monitor: Get one monitor: name, URL, type, status, interval, tags, last incident id and how long it has been in its current state.
  • get_monitor_uptime: Get a monitor's uptime percentage, total downtime seconds, incident count and mean time between failures for a period.
  • get_monitor_response_time: Get minimum, maximum and average response time of a monitor for a period, optionally for one region.
  • get_uptime_summary: Get account-wide uptime, number of incidents and affected monitors for a time frame.
  • list_incidents: List incidents with the monitor, cause, start and resolve time and duration; filter by monitor, name, dates or open ones only.
  • list_maintenance_windows: List maintenance windows with schedule, duration and the monitors they cover.
  • list_status_pages: List public status pages with name, custom domain, link and number of monitors.
  • list_monitor_groups: List monitor groups with id and name.

BYOK key

You bring your own UptimeRobot UptimeRobot API key (https://dashboard.uptimerobot.com/integrations). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.uptimerobot.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the UptimeRobot API (api.uptimerobot.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://uptimerobot.com/api/v3/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by UptimeRobot. UptimeRobot and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your UptimeRobot account.
