What UXCam (BYOK) is for

UXCam (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own UXCam data through the UXCam API with a key you supply (UXCam Data Access API key). Read-only: 7 tools (get_session_analytics, get_sessions_by_platform, get_sessions_by_country, get_sessions_by_app_version, get_sessions_by_day, get_user_analytics, get_event_analytics). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.uxcam.com.   • "How many sessions did my app have, and how long do they last?"
  • "How do my UXCam sessions split between iOS and Android?"
  • "Which countries have the most sessions in my UXCam app?"
  • "Which app versions are most used in UXCam?"
  • "How many sessions did my app have per day in UXCam?"
  • "How many users does my app have in UXCam?"

What it does

  • get_session_analytics: Get aggregate session statistics for the app (session count, unique users, average duration and interactions), optionally grouped and filtered. Aggregates only; individual sessions are not returned.
  • get_sessions_by_platform: Get session counts, unique users and average duration split by platform (iOS or Android).
  • get_sessions_by_country: Get session counts, unique users and average duration split by country.
  • get_sessions_by_app_version: Get session counts, unique users and average duration split by app version.
  • get_sessions_by_day: Get session counts, unique users and average duration per upload day.
  • get_user_analytics: Get aggregate user statistics for the app (user count, new users, average sessions and time per user), optionally grouped and filtered. Aggregates only.
  • get_event_analytics: Get aggregate counts for custom events (event count, unique users, unique sessions), optionally filtered by event name and grouped, for example per day.

BYOK key

You bring your own UXCam UXCam Data Access API key (https://developer.uxcam.com/docs/data-access-api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.uxcam.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
