Read-only: 7 tools (list_chats, get_chat, list_chat_messages, get_chat_files, list_mcp_servers, list_webhooks, get_trusted_preview_hosts). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.v0.dev.
