Vacation Tracker (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Vacation Tracker data through the Vacation Tracker API with a key you supply (Vacation Tracker v2 API key (starts with vt_live_; create it under Add-ons, Open API with read scopes)). Read-only: 8 tools (list_departments, list_locations, list_location_holidays, list_labels, list_leave_types, list_leaves, list_users, get_user_balances). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.vacationtracker.io. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Vacation Tracker. Vacation Tracker and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

- List locationsList all locations the key can see, with id, name, time zone, default flag and creation time.
- List location holidaysList the public and company holidays of one location in a year, one entry per day, sorted by date.
- List labelsList all labels with id, name, color and how many users carry each.
- List leave typesList the leave types (vacation, sick leave and so on), active and inactive, with color, order and calendar status.
- List leavesList leave requests that overlap a date range: who is away, when, for how long, leave type and status.
- List usersList users with name, work email, admin flag, location, department, status, employee id, employment start and end dates and labels.
- Get user balancesGet one user's leave balances per leave year and leave type: unit, entitlement, rollover, earned, used, scheduled, pending and remaining.
