What Wealthbox (BYOK) is for

Wealthbox (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Wealthbox data through the Wealthbox API with a key you supply (Wealthbox API access token). Read-only: 11 tools (list_opportunities, list_tasks, list_events, list_projects, list_workflows, list_workflow_templates, list_tags, list_custom_fields, list_users, list_user_groups, list_teams). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.crmworkspace.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Wealthbox opportunities are open and when do they close?"
  • "Which Wealthbox tasks are due and who owns them?"
  • "What Wealthbox meetings are on the calendar this week?"
  • "Which projects are running in Wealthbox?"
  • "Which Wealthbox workflows are active?"
  • "Which workflow templates do we have in Wealthbox?"

What it does

  • list_opportunities: List opportunities with name, stage, probability, target close date, manager, next step and fee amounts. Won and lost ones are left out unless asked for.
  • list_tasks: List tasks with name, due date, completion, category, priority and visibility. Completed tasks are left out unless asked for.
  • list_events: List calendar events with title, start and end, all-day flag, location, state and category. Descriptions and invitees are left out.
  • list_projects: List projects with name, description, organizer and visibility.
  • list_workflows: List workflows (running process instances) with label, template and visibility.
  • list_workflow_templates: List workflow templates with name, description, whether steps are sequential and whether the template is ready to use.
  • list_tags: List the tags defined in the workspace for contacts and notes.
  • list_custom_fields: List custom fields with name, record type, field type and select options.
  • list_users: List workspace users with name, status and whether they are excluded from assignments. Email addresses are left out.
  • list_user_groups: List user groups with name and member user IDs.
  • list_teams: List teams by ID and name.

BYOK key

You bring your own Wealthbox Wealthbox API access token (https://dev.wealthbox.com/#authentication). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.crmworkspace.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
