What Wodify (BYOK) is for

Wodify (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Wodify data through the Wodify API with a key you supply (Wodify API key). Read-only: 12 tools (list_clients, get_client, list_leads, list_classes, list_memberships, list_membership_templates, list_programs, list_locations, list_invoices, list_class_reservations, list_class_sign_ins, list_employees). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.wodify.com.   • "Which clients does my Wodify gym have?"
  • "Show Wodify client 1234"
  • "Which Wodify leads have not converted to clients yet?"
  • "Which Wodify classes are scheduled and how full are they?"
  • "Which Wodify memberships are active?"
  • "What membership plans does my Wodify gym sell?"

What it does

  • list_clients: List gym clients (members) with name, e-mail, status, location, default program and contact preferences.
  • get_client: Get one client by id with name, contact details, status, location, default program and subscription flags.
  • list_leads: List leads (prospects) with name, e-mail, status, source, location and conversion flag.
  • list_classes: List scheduled classes with name, program, location, start and end time, capacity, reserved and signed-in counts and cancel flag.
  • list_memberships: List client memberships with name, client, type, start and end dates, session counts and active flag.
  • list_membership_templates: List membership templates (plans sold) with name, type, attendance limits, sessions and expiration rules.
  • list_programs: List programs (class categories) with name, description, color and active flag.
  • list_locations: List gym locations with name, city, country, phone, e-mail and time zone.
  • list_invoices: List invoices with number, client, due and paid dates, status, charge, paid and unpaid amounts.
  • list_class_reservations: List client class reservations with client, class, start time, program, location and reservation status.
  • list_class_sign_ins: List client class sign-ins (attendance) with client, class, sign-in time, program, location and membership.
  • list_employees: List employees and coaches with name, e-mail, phone, status and location.

BYOK key

You bring your own Wodify Wodify API key (https://docs.wodify.com/docs/authentication). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.wodify.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
