What Woodpecker (BYOK) is for

Woodpecker (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Woodpecker data through the Woodpecker API with a key you supply (Woodpecker API key (needs the API add-on)). Read-only: 8 tools (list_campaigns, get_campaign_stats, list_prospects, list_mailboxes, list_users, list_linkedin_accounts, list_blacklisted_emails, list_blacklisted_domains). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.woodpecker.co.   • "Which Woodpecker campaigns are running?"
  • "How is Woodpecker campaign 12345 performing?"
  • "Which Woodpecker prospects have replied?"
  • "Which mailboxes are connected to Woodpecker and are any in error?"
  • "Who are the users on my Woodpecker account?"
  • "Are my LinkedIn accounts connected to Woodpecker?"

What it does

  • list_campaigns: List Woodpecker campaigns with status, folder, sender addresses and daily limit. Filter by status. Returns an empty answer when none match.
  • get_campaign_stats: Get one Woodpecker campaign with its statistics: prospects, delivered, bounced, opened, clicked, replied, opted out and interest counts. Email-step content is left out.
  • list_prospects: List Woodpecker prospects (up to 1000 per page) with name, email, company, title, global status and last contact date. Filter by status, interest or activity.
  • list_mailboxes: List the email accounts connected to Woodpecker (SMTP and IMAP) with provider, address, errors, daily limit, sent today and warm-up status. Passwords are never returned.
  • list_users: List the active users of your Woodpecker account (50 per page) with name, email and role.
  • list_linkedin_accounts: List the LinkedIn accounts connected to Woodpecker with connection status, name and subscription level.
  • list_blacklisted_emails: List emails on the Woodpecker do-not-contact list, optionally checking specific addresses (wildcard * allowed). Up to 500 per page.
  • list_blacklisted_domains: List domains on the Woodpecker do-not-contact list.

BYOK key

You bring your own Woodpecker Woodpecker API key (needs the API add-on) (https://developers.woodpecker.co/docs/getting-started/authentication). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.woodpecker.co over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
