What Wrike (BYOK) is for

Wrike (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Wrike data through the Wrike API with a key you supply (permanent access token). Read-only: 11 tools (get_account, get_me, list_contacts, list_spaces, list_folder_tree, list_projects, list_tasks, list_folder_tasks, get_task, list_task_comments, list_workflows). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to www.wrike.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Wrike. Wrike and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Wrike account is my token connected to?"
  • "Who am I in Wrike?"
  • "Who are the people in my Wrike account?"
  • "What spaces do we have in Wrike?"
  • "What folders exist in my Wrike account?"
  • "What projects are running in Wrike and who owns them?"

What it does

  • get_account: Show the Wrike account the token belongs to: name, subscription type and user limit, root folder and creation date. Works for accounts on the main (www.wrike.com) data center.
  • get_me: Show the Wrike contact of the user the token belongs to: name, type, primary email, title, time zone and account profile.
  • list_contacts: List the people and groups (contacts) in the Wrike account with name, type, primary email, title and whether they are deleted. IDs match task assignee and author ids.
  • list_spaces: List the Wrike spaces with title, access type, archived flag and description.
  • list_folder_tree: List the Wrike folders and spaces as a tree of ids: title, parent-to-child ids and scope. Folder IDs are used by list_folder_tasks.
  • list_projects: List Wrike projects with title, status, owners, start and end dates and completion date.
  • list_tasks: Search Wrike tasks across the account with title, status, importance, dates, assignee and author ids and permalink. Filter by title, importance or type and sort by date or title.
  • list_folder_tasks: List the Wrike tasks inside one folder or project with title, status, importance, dates and assignee ids.
  • get_task: Get one Wrike task: title, status, importance, dates, parent folders, assignees, authors and permalink.
  • list_task_comments: List the comments written on one Wrike task with author id, text and dates.
  • list_workflows: List the account-wide Wrike workflows with their custom statuses. Custom status ids appear as customStatusId on tasks.

BYOK key

You bring your own Wrike permanent access token (https://www.wrike.com/appconsole.htm?#/api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to www.wrike.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Wrike API (www.wrike.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://developers.wrike.com/docs/overview/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Wrike. Wrike and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Wrike account.
