What Zenventory (BYOK) is for
Zenventory (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Zenventory data through the Zenventory API with a key you supply (Zenventory API key (used as the user name)). Read-only: 9 tools (list_items, get_item, list_inventory, list_item_inventory, list_purchase_orders, get_purchase_order, list_transfer_orders, list_cycle_counts, list_customer_orders). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to app.zenventory.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Zenventory. Zenventory and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which items in Zenventory were modified this week?"
- "Show Zenventory item 1234"
- "How much stock do I have per SKU in Zenventory?"
- "Which lots in Zenventory expire soon?"
- "Which Zenventory purchase orders are still open?"
- "Show Zenventory purchase order 55"
What it does
list_items: List items with SKU, UPC, description, category, client, cost, price, flags (kit, assembly, lot tracked, serialized) and dates.get_item: Get one item by ID with cost, price, dimensions, safety stock, lead time and user fields.list_inventory: List inventory levels per item: in stock, allocated, sellable, under par and inbound quantities.list_item_inventory: List inventory broken down by lot number and expiration date.list_purchase_orders: List purchase orders with supplier, warehouse, status flags, dates and lines.get_purchase_order: Get one purchase order by ID with its lines (SKU, quantity, unit cost).list_transfer_orders: List transfer orders between warehouses with status flags, dates and lines.list_cycle_counts: List cycle counts with warehouse, progress, accuracy and approval state.list_customer_orders: List customer (sales) orders with number, client, status flags, dates, ship method and lines. Customer names, addresses and emails are left out.
BYOK key
You bring your own Zenventory Zenventory API key (used as the user name) (https://help.zenventory.com/generate-api-key-and-api-secret). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to app.zenventory.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

What it is not
Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Zenventory. Zenventory and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Zenventory account.
