What Zixflow (BYOK) is for

Zixflow (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Zixflow data through the Zixflow API with a key you supply (Zixflow API key). Read-only: 6 tools (list_collections, get_collection, list_lists, get_list, list_attributes, list_whatsapp_templates). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.zixflow.com. What it does

  • list_collections: List the collections of your Zixflow workspace (system ones such as people, company and deals, and custom ones) with id, name, slug and type.
  • get_collection: Get one Zixflow collection by id: name, slug and type.
  • list_lists: List the lists of your Zixflow workspace with id, name, slug, parent collection and whether duplicate records are allowed.
  • get_list: Get one Zixflow list by id: name, slug, parent collection and duplicate setting.
  • list_attributes: List the attributes (fields) of a Zixflow collection or list: name, API key name, input type, validation and whether each is required, unique, archived or a system field.
  • list_whatsapp_templates: List the WhatsApp message templates of one connected Zixflow WhatsApp number: name, language, category, approval status and components.

BYOK key

You bring your own Zixflow Zixflow API key (https://docs.zixflow.com/api-reference/authentication). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.zixflow.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
