Cancelcraft — Terms of Service

Effective 25 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Cancelcraft connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. Cancelcraft returns a hand-curated, fully local general playbook for cancelling recurring subscriptions — tactics, category difficulty patterns, checklists, notice-period and renewal-date math, a cancellation-email generator, retention-agent tactics, a chargeback guide, a documentation checklist and a glossary. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. General guidance, not legal advice, and not company-specific. Cancelcraft is an independent reference tool, not a lawyer, and it does not know or describe any specific real company's current cancellation process — those vary by plan, region and time and change without notice. Always check the terms you actually agreed to before relying on any date, deadline or process described here.
  3. Not a guarantee of outcome. Notice-period and renewal-date calculations are estimates from the inputs you provide; the merchant's own records and billing system are authoritative. Chargeback guidance describes a general, typical process — your card issuer's specific rules and decision are final.
  4. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your query is answered from bundled reference data, and nothing is stored.
  7. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss, fee, or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service — including reliance on a generated cancellation script, a computed deadline, or chargeback guidance. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  9. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
