Cold plunge, contrast therapy, and sauna — protocols and safety reference
Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
cold_exposure_protocolcontrast_therapy_protocolsauna_protocolcold_exposure_progressionsafety_screeningColdtherapy bundles cold-exposure and sauna general wellness reference into one connector, computed locally with no upstream calls. Cold exposure protocol: temperature (°C/°F) and duration ranges by modality (cold shower, cold plunge, ice bath, outdoor cold water) and experience level. Contrast therapy protocol: hot/cold cycle structure and which temperature to end on, by goal. Sauna protocol: traditional vs infrared temperature and duration, and why they differ. Cold exposure progression: a gradual week-by-week duration ramp capped at a general safety ceiling. Safety screening: match conditions like a heart condition or pregnancy to relevant cautions. Keyless; nothing stored; general wellness information, not medical advice — every tool recommends consulting a physician before starting, especially with any cardiovascular condition.
Sources: Computed locally / hand-curated cold-exposure and sauna reference ranges; fully local, zero upstream calls
The publisher, Unify Dynamics LLC, states that tool inputs are processed in memory and not retained.

Coldtherapy is a cold-exposure and sauna general wellness reference toolkit: five calculators and reference tools, all computed locally with no upstream calls, no accounts and no tracking.
Every tool's output carries the same guidance: this is general wellness information, not medical advice. Consult your physician before starting cold exposure, contrast therapy, or sauna use — especially with any cardiovascular condition, during pregnancy, or with any condition affecting circulation, blood pressure, or temperature regulation.

What Coldtherapy is. Coldtherapy is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for cold-exposure and sauna general wellness reference: protocol structures by modality and experience level, a contrast-therapy structure, sauna guidance, a progression planner, and a safety screen. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the values needed for that one calculation.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a modality and experience-level selection, a session goal, a sauna type, weeks of practice, or a list of conditions/situations you choose to enter (e.g. "high blood pressure") for the safety screen — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. The temperature/duration ranges and condition-to-caution mapping are hand-curated and bundled with the server; no request is forwarded to any third party, and no query — including any health conditions you describe to the safety screen — is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, or account credentials, and we do not build a health profile from your queries: each call is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Coldtherapy is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
