About

Cradle puts the paediatric reference shelf behind one connector. Growth percentiles and z-scores against the WHO Child Growth Standards (0–5 years, daily tables) and the WHO 2007 reference (to 19 years) for weight, length/height, head circumference, weight-for-height and BMI, with interpretation and full percentile tables. A pregnancy tracker from LMP, conception, IVF transfer or a due date, with each week's baby size, development, symptoms, scans and screening, term windows, weight-gain targets and warning signs. Developmental milestones at 2–60 months with act-early signs. Vaccine schedules for India (UIP and IAP), the US (CDC) and the UK (NHS), whole or by age. Feeding by age with Indian first foods and allergen guidance; sleep needs and safe-sleep rules; red-flag symptoms by age with fever care; teething order; a curated Indian and global baby-name list with meanings. Keyless; computed locally; nothing stored; information, not medical advice.

What Cradle is for

The questions new and expecting parents ask at 2 a.m.: is this weight normal for her age, what should he be doing by now, which jabs are due this month, when do we start solids, how much sleep is enough, is this fever an emergency, what's happening in week 24, and what shall we call the baby.

What it does

Growth: percentile and z-score for weight, length/height and head circumference against the WHO Child Growth Standards (0–5 years, daily LMS tables) and the WHO 2007 reference (weight to 10 years, height and BMI to 19 years), by exact age from dates or in months, with the median, the reference curve, an interpretation in WHO terms (underweight, stunting, wasting, overweight) and full percentile/SD tables for any age. Pregnancy: due date from the last period (with cycle length), conception or an IVF transfer, or the current week from a known due date, with the week's baby size, development, symptoms and to-dos (scans, screening, anti-D, Tdap/RSV, GBS), trimester and term windows, weight-gain targets and warning signs. Milestones at 2–60 months in four domains with the act-early signs and WHO motor windows. Vaccine schedules for India (UIP and the IAP private schedule), the US (CDC) and the UK (NHS), whole or by age. Feeding by age with Indian first-food examples, allergen introduction and choking hazards. Sleep needs and nap patterns with safe-sleep rules. Red flags by age and fever care. Teething order. A curated baby-name list (Sanskrit, Muslim, Sikh, global) with meanings.

What it is not

Not a paediatrician or midwife. Percentiles describe a population; a single point matters less than the trend, and anything flagged here is a reason to ask a clinician, not a diagnosis. Schedules and guidance are condensed and change — confirm with current national guidance. Nothing you enter is stored.

Tools

Growth

growth_percentile — Percentile and z-score for a child's weight, length/height, head circumference, weight-for-height and BMI against WHO standards, with the median and reference curve and a plain interpretation. Give any of the measures. Use for "is 7.2 kg okay for an 8-month-old girl", "what percentile is my 3-year-old's height". Args: sex, date_of_birth, measured_on, age_months, weight_kg, height_cm, head_cm.

growth_reference — WHO percentile (3rd–97th) and SD tables for an age and sex — the numbers behind the growth chart. Use for "average weight of a 2-year-old boy", "normal height range at 5". Args: sex, age_months, measure.

Pregnancy

pregnancy_tracker — Due date and current week from LMP, conception, IVF transfer or a known due date — with this week's baby size, development, how you may feel, what's due (scans, screening, vaccines), trimester and term windows; or the week-by-week entry for any week. Use for "due date if LMP was 1 June", "I'm 24 weeks, what's happening". Args: lmp, due_date, conception, transfer, embryo_day, cycle_days, on, week.

Development & care

milestones — What most children do by this age (social, language, cognitive, movement) and the act-early signs to discuss with a doctor, for the nearest checkpoint (2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, 30, 36, 48, 60 months) plus the next one. Use for "what should my 18-month-old be doing", "when do babies walk". Args: age_months, date_of_birth.

vaccine_schedule — The routine childhood immunisation schedule for India (UIP, or IAP private schedule), the US (CDC) or the UK (NHS) — the whole schedule, or what is due at an age. Use for "vaccines due at 9 months in India", "US schedule". Args: country, age_months.

feeding_guide — What and how much to feed at this age — milk, starting solids, textures, Indian first-food examples, allergen introduction, portion sizes and what to avoid. Use for "when to start solids", "how much should a 9-month-old eat". Args: age_months.

sleep_guide — Recommended total sleep, nap pattern and night sleep for the age, with safe-sleep and routine tips. Use for "how much sleep does a 4-month-old need", "when do toddlers drop to one nap". Args: age_months.

red_flags — When to seek care: emergency signs at any age, the stricter rules under 3 months, 'see a doctor soon' signs, and fever care basics; optionally filtered by a symptom word. Use for "baby has 38.5 fever at 6 weeks", "rash that doesn't fade". Args: age_months, symptom.

teething — Typical order and age windows for the 20 baby teeth, and what's likely erupting now. Use for "when do first teeth come", "my 14-month-old has 6 teeth — normal?". Args: age_months.

Names

baby_names — Baby names from a curated list (Indian — Sanskrit, Muslim, Sikh — and global/US/UK favourites) with origin and meaning, filtered by gender, origin/tag, starting letters and meaning. Use for "Sanskrit boy names starting with A meaning light", "short unisex names". Args: gender, origin, starts_with, meaning, limit.

Conventions

  • Read-only. Every tool reads public data or computes; nothing is written anywhere and nothing about the user is stored.
  • Result envelope. ok: true with data, or ok: false with a structured error (bad_input, not_found, upstream_error). degraded lists optional sources that were unreachable.
  • Rate limits. Free tier 60 tool calls/minute and 300/day per user (keyed on the user identifier supplied by the host agent, else client IP); Pro keys raise this. Over-limit calls return HTTP 429 with Retry-After. initialize and tools/list are never counted.

Privacy policy

Cradle — Privacy Policy

Effective 23 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.

What Cradle is. Cradle is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for exercise and cradleness information: exercise search and instructions, workout plans, calories burned, body metrics, macros, one-rep max, heart-rate zones and running pace. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the search words, filters and numbers (weight, height, age, sex, measurements, lift, time) needed for the calculation.

What we receive. The arguments of each tool call (a child's sex, date of birth or age and measurements, a pregnancy date, a country, a symptom word, name filters), the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. The WHO growth tables and guidance tables are bundled files; the calculators are formulas. No request is forwarded to any third party. A child's dates and measurements, or a pregnancy date, are used for that one answer and are not recorded, logged in request bodies or used to train anything. We never learn a child's name or identity.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, medical records or any account credentials. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None for lookups. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. Cradle is used by adults about their children; it is not directed at children and we knowingly collect no personal data from anyone.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Terms of service

Cradle — Terms of Service

Effective 23 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Cradle connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. Cradle returns exercise and cradleness information — an exercise catalogue with instructions, generated workout plans, calorie estimates, body metrics, macro targets, one-rep-max estimates, heart-rate zones and pace calculations — from bundled data and standard formulas. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. Sources and licences. Growth tables are the WHO Child Growth Standards (2006) and WHO Growth Reference (2007), used under WHO's terms for non-commercial data reuse with attribution; milestones are condensed from CDC 'Learn the Signs. Act Early.' (public domain); vaccine schedules are summarised from MoHFW/IAP, CDC and UKHSA/NHS publications; feeding, sleep, red-flag and teething content is editorial text of Unify Dynamics LLC compiled from WHO, AAP and NHS guidance; the name list is editorial.
  3. Not medical advice. Percentiles, schedules and symptom lists are general information; consult a paediatrician, midwife or emergency service for any concern about a child or pregnancy. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
  4. Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to bulk-scrape the sources or to circumvent rate limits. Automated use within the published limits is welcome.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your query is answered on our server and nothing is stored.
  7. Attribution. World Health Organization; CDC; MoHFW India and Indian Academy of Pediatrics; UKHSA/NHS.
  8. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  9. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  10. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
