Daybrief — Terms of Service

Effective 22 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Daybrief connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

1. The Service. Daybrief aggregates headlines, short summaries and links from publishers' own syndication feeds and public data services, clusters them across outlets, and provides search, timelines and background. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
2. Content belongs to the outlets. Headlines and summaries are the publishers' work, provided by them for syndication with a link back. Daybrief returns them with attribution and a link; it does not return article bodies. Read the full story at the source, and respect each outlet's terms. Wikipedia text is CC BY-SA 4.0.
3. Not a substitute for reading. Summaries are short and clustering is automatic; a story's importance score reflects how many of our monitored outlets carry it, not its truth. Verify important claims at the source.
4. Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to republish outlets' content at scale, to overwhelm the underlying feeds, or to circumvent rate limits. Automated use within the published limits is welcome.
5. Availability. The Service depends on third-party feeds and is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time. When a source is unavailable the Service says so.
6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: nothing about you is stored.
7. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
9. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
