A real, playable 2-4 player Go Fish game with AI fill-in opponents
Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
new_gameget_valid_movesaskai_moverenderrulesGo Fish Play is a real, stateless, playable Go Fish engine for 2-4 players. new_game deals hands (7 cards for 2-3 players, 5 for 4) and shuffles the rest into a draw pile. get_valid_moves lists legal (opponent, rank) asks for whoever's turn it is. ask requests a rank from an opponent: a match transfers all matching cards and the asker goes again; no match means drawing from the deck, going again on a lucky match. Books of four complete automatically. ai_move decides and applies an AI-controlled seat's ask using a real heuristic: ask for the rank held most, target the opponent with the most cards. render shows the board while hiding other seats' hands from a given viewer. The game ends when all 13 books are claimed or the deck and every hand are empty; most books wins. There is no server-side session; every tool call takes the full game state and returns the new one. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls; nothing stored.
Sources: Original, hand-authored content. Fully local, zero upstream calls.
The publisher, Unify Dynamics LLC, states that tool inputs are processed in memory and not retained.
6 tools, grouped by job. Every one is read-only or compute-only.

A real, playable Go Fish engine your assistant can run right inside the conversation, for 2-4 players in any mix of human and AI-controlled seats — not a rules explainer. It handles real card matching, go-fish draws, and book detection exactly as the game is actually played.
new_game shuffles a 52-card deck and deals hands (7 cards each for 2-3 players, 5 for 4). On a
turn, get_valid_moves lists every legal ask — a rank the current player already holds, aimed at
an opponent who still has cards. ask applies one: if the target holds any cards of that rank they
must hand over all of them and the asker goes again; otherwise the asker draws one card from the
deck, going again if it happens to match. The instant a hand holds all four cards of a rank, that
book is laid down automatically. For AI-controlled seats, ai_move decides and applies a real ask
in one call. render shows the board, keeping other players' hands hidden from a given viewer.
ai_move always asks for the rank it currently holds the most copies of — the one closest to
becoming a book — and targets whichever opponent holds the most cards, since a bigger hand is
statistically more likely to contain a match. Both choices are computed fresh from the game state
every turn; ties are broken deterministically (lowest rank, then lowest seat).
There is no server-side session. Every tool takes the full game state (every seat's hand and
books, the draw pile, whose turn it is) and returns the new one — your assistant carries that
object forward between calls. Since other players' hands live in the shared state, use render
with a viewer seat to avoid showing a human player what their opponents are holding.
Not a general card-game reference and not a multiplayer matchmaking service — one real, correct Go Fish engine plus AI fill-in players, both fully local and stateless.

What Go Fish Play is. Go Fish Play is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf to run a real Go Fish game — dealing, asks, draws, and book detection. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for one tool call at a time.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a game state (every seat's hand and books, the draw pile), a chosen ask (target seat and rank), and player names you supply — plus the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one) and standard server logs.
Everything is computed locally and nothing is stored. There is no upstream call at all, no database, and no per-user session — every tool call is a pure function of the state it's given. Game states (including any player names you provide) are not logged, recorded, or used to train anything, and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — everything runs locally on our server. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information.
Children. Go Fish Play is a general-audience service operated by the person using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
