Real acronym/acrostic generation from your own list, a memory-palace guide, and rhyme mnemonics
Letter-formation stroke order, b/d and p/q reversal fixes, and a practice-worksheet-line generator

Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
letter_formationreversal_referenceworksheet_linesprint_vs_cursiveletters_by_stroke_typelist_lettersletter_formation gives full stroke-by-stroke formation steps for one letter, uppercase and/or lowercase; list_letters and letters_by_stroke_type browse and group the alphabet by first-stroke type (vertical, curve, diagonal, horizontal). reversal_reference explains the b/d and p/q mirror-confusion with the distinguishing feature and correction tips like the 'bed' trick. print_vs_cursive compares connections, teaching order, shape, and slant. worksheet_lines takes a word or phrase and builds a structured practice plan — one letter-practice line per distinct letter with real stroke-order steps, then whole-word practice lines — flagging any commonly reversed letters. This is text-based, not an image generator. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls; nothing stored.
Sources: Computed locally / hand-curated — letter-formation steps follow common manuscript handwriting-instruction convention, hand-curated for all 26 letters; the worksheet generator is real computed logic over that reference data; fully local, zero upstream calls

A text-based Latin-alphabet letter-formation (stroke-order) reference, a b/d and p/q reversal-error guide, print-vs-cursive differences, and a practice-worksheet-line generator.
Handwriting Practice covers stroke-by-stroke formation for all 26 letters, uppercase and lowercase, following common manuscript (print) handwriting-instruction convention. letter_formation gives the full stroke order for one letter; list_letters and letters_by_stroke_type browse and group the alphabet (e.g. by which letters start with a vertical line, a curve, or a diagonal). reversal_reference explains the classic b/d and p/q mirror-confusion, why it happens, the distinguishing feature between each pair, and concrete correction tips (like the "bed" trick). print_vs_cursive compares how print and cursive differ in letter connections, typical teaching order, shape, and slant. worksheet_lines takes a word or short phrase and builds a structured practice plan: one letter-practice line per distinct letter (with its real stroke-order steps and a repetition count) followed by whole-word practice lines, flagging any commonly reversed letters it contains. This is a text-based MCP tool, not an image generator — output is structured stroke-order/formation guidance, not a rendered trace-worksheet image. Keyless; fully local; nothing stored.
Not an image or PDF generator — it does not produce a printable trace-worksheet graphic, only the structured text plan for one. Not a substitute for occupational-therapy assessment or classroom handwriting instruction tailored to a specific child's needs; persistent reversal errors past the typical age range, or broader fine-motor concerns, are worth discussing with a teacher or occupational therapist.

What Handwriting Practice is. Handwriting Practice is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf to fetch letter-formation guidance or build a practice-worksheet plan for a word you supply. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one request (a letter, a word or short phrase, or a repetition count).
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call, the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is served from a bundled reference file or computed on the fly, and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third party — there is no upstream call at all, live or otherwise — and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything. We never receive an image, photo, or scan of anyone's actual handwriting; this tool only works with text you or your assistant type.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, or a child's name or age, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — every request is served locally on the server. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. This tool is commonly used by parents, teachers, or caregivers to generate practice material for children, but no child's name, age, or other personal information is ever requested, received, or stored — only the word or phrase to build a practice plan for.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
