About

HydratePlan turns body weight, activity and climate into general-wellness hydration numbers. daily_baseline gives a body-weight-based daily fluid target using the commonly cited 30-35 mL/kg/day range, in mL, oz and litres. hydration_plan adds an activity allowance scaled by intensity (light, moderate, vigorous — 200/500/750 mL per hour, in the shape of standard sports-nutrition guidance) and a climate allowance for warm (25-31.9°C) or hot (32°C+) conditions during the activity, attaching an electrolyte-consideration flag. electrolyte_check gives that flag and its reasoning on its own, using a documented rule of thumb for long (90+ minute), hot, or vigorous exertion. Every number is a general-wellness planning figure computed locally from published ranges — not a measurement of anyone's actual sweat rate, and not medical hydration therapy. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls.

What HydratePlan is for

"How much water should I drink today", "hydration plan for a 60-minute run in the heat", "do I need electrolytes for a long ride" — general-wellness hydration planning from body weight, activity and climate. Not medical hydration therapy, not a substitute for your own clinician if you have a condition affecting fluid balance.

What it does

daily_baseline gives a body-weight-based daily fluid target using the commonly cited 30-35 mL per kilogram of body weight per day general-wellness range, in mL, oz and litres. hydration_plan builds the full picture: that baseline plus an activity allowance scaled by intensity (light, moderate, vigorous — 200/500/750 mL per hour of activity, in the shape of standard sports-nutrition guidance) plus a climate allowance for warm (25-31.9°C) or hot (32°C+) conditions during the activity, with an electrolyte-consideration flag attached. electrolyte_check gives just that flag and its reasoning on its own — a documented rule of thumb for when a session is long (90+ minutes) or combines 60+ minutes with heat or vigorous effort, where plain water alone is commonly considered less sufficient.

What it is not

Not medical advice and not hydration therapy: these are general-wellness planning numbers built on published sports-nutrition ranges, not a measurement of any individual's actual sweat rate, and not appropriate for anyone managing a heart, kidney or other condition that affects fluid balance — that guidance should come from your own clinician. Thirst, urine colour and how you feel remain the simplest everyday check. Nothing you enter is stored.

HydratePlan — Privacy Policy

Effective 28 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.

What HydratePlan is. HydratePlan is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf to compute general-wellness hydration targets from body weight, activity and climate. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the numbers needed for that one calculation (a body weight, an activity duration and intensity, a temperature).

What we receive. The arguments of each tool call (a weight in kg, activity minutes and intensity, an ambient temperature), the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. The calculators are formulas; there is no upstream call of any kind. The numbers you send are used for that one answer and are not recorded, logged in request bodies or used to train anything.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, your health history, or any account credentials. We never learn who you are or build a profile from your queries. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None — every calculation runs locally with no upstream call. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. HydratePlan is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Terms of service

HydratePlan — Terms of Service

Effective 28 September 2026. These terms govern use of the HydratePlan connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. HydratePlan computes general-wellness hydration targets — a body-weight-based daily baseline, an activity- and climate-adjusted plan, and an electrolyte-consideration flag — from the numbers you provide, using published general-wellness and sports-nutrition ranges. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. Not medical advice. HydratePlan is general wellness information, not medical hydration therapy, and not a substitute for professional medical advice. It does not know your medical history and cannot account for a heart, kidney, endocrine or other condition affecting fluid balance, medication that affects fluid or electrolyte levels, or pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your own clinician for hydration guidance specific to your health.
  3. General guidance, not a measurement. Figures are population-level planning ranges, not a measurement of your actual sweat rate, hydration status or electrolyte needs.
  4. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your query is answered by computing on our server, and nothing is stored.
  7. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  9. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
