Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
generate_invoicedue_date_calculatorinvoice_numbering_scheme_guideinvoicecraft_glossaryInvoicecraft puts small-business invoice generation behind one connector, computed locally from the numbers you supply. Generate invoice: a business name, client name, line items (description, quantity, rate), an invoice date, and a payment-terms preset produce the subtotal, an optional discount (applied before tax), an optional tax, the total due, the computed due date, and a ready-to-send markdown invoice. Due date calculator: the standalone date math for any of the standard payment-terms presets, using real calendar arithmetic rather than a 30-days-equals-one-month approximation. Invoice numbering scheme guide: plain sequential, year-reset sequential, date-based, and client-prefixed schemes compared with examples, pros, cons, and general numbering principles. A glossary covers Net 30, due on receipt, 2/10 net 30, line item, subtotal vs. total, invoice aging, remittance advice, and W-9/W-8BEN. General arithmetic and formatting, not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Sources: No external sources — every tool is arithmetic and formatting computed locally from the information the caller supplies; nothing fetched, nothing stored
The publisher, Unify Dynamics LLC, states that tool inputs are processed in memory and not retained.

"Invoice for 10 hours at $150/hour plus a $200 flat fee, 8% tax, Net 30 starting today", "what's the due date for a Net 45 invoice dated March 3rd", "what invoice numbering scheme should I use", "what does Net 30 mean" — the practical, one-off invoicing questions a freelancer or small business hits without a full accounting system open. Invoicecraft answers them with real arithmetic and real calendar math — no upstream calls, no accounts, nothing stored.
Generate invoice. Takes a business name, client name, a list of line items (description, quantity, rate), an invoice date, and a payment-terms preset, and computes the subtotal, an optional discount (applied before tax), an optional tax, the total due, and the exact due date — then formats the whole thing as a ready-to-send markdown invoice.
Due date calculator. The standalone version of just the date math: an invoice date plus a payment-terms preset (Due on receipt, Net 7/10/15/30/45/60) gives the due date, computed with real calendar arithmetic — never a "30 days = one month" approximation, so it's correct across month and year boundaries.
Invoice numbering scheme guide. Compares four common schemes — plain sequential, year-reset sequential, date-based, and client-prefixed — with examples, pros, cons, and who each fits best, plus general numbering principles (never reuse a number, never skip one without an explanation, keep a fixed digit width).
Glossary. Plain-language definitions of Net 30, due on receipt, 2/10 net 30, line item, subtotal vs. total, invoice aging, remittance advice, and W-9/W-8BEN.
Not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Invoicecraft does not know your tax jurisdiction's rules, does not determine what disclosures your invoices are legally required to include, does not send anything to a client, and does not track payment status over time — it computes the numbers and formats the document; you (or your accountant) handle compliance and delivery.

What Invoicecraft is. Invoicecraft is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf to generate invoices and compute related figures: subtotals, discounts, tax, due dates, and numbering guidance. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the information needed for that one invoice or calculation.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a business name and client name (whatever you choose to send; these can be pseudonyms), line-item descriptions, quantities and rates, tax and discount percentages, an invoice date, and a payment-terms preset — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. Every calculation and the invoice text itself are generated fresh from the numbers you provide in that single request — Invoicecraft does not maintain an invoice history, a client list, or a running invoice-number counter for you. No request is forwarded to any third party, and no query — including any name, amount, or invoice content you enter — is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, payment credentials, bank or tax ID numbers, or any account information, and we do not build a business profile from your queries: each invoice is generated independently and nothing carries over between requests — you (or your own records) are responsible for tracking invoice numbers and payment status over time. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Invoicecraft is a general-audience service for adults; we knowingly collect no personal data from anyone.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
