Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
new_puzzlemake_deductionget_hintcheck_solutionrender_puzzlereveal_solutionrules_infoLogic Grid Puzzle is a fully local, playable logic-grid puzzle generator and solver. new_puzzle builds a puzzle (difficulty controls grid size and category count) whose clue set is proven, via an exact backtracking solve, to pin down exactly one solution. make_deduction records a claimed category/value/position fact and checks it against the real answer. get_hint reveals one logically forced cell together with the proof that no other position works. check_solution reports progress, render_puzzle shows the clues and your partial grid, reveal_solution gives the full answer, and rules_info explains the clue types. Stateless -- no server-side game storage, the caller passes state between calls. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls; nothing stored.

A fully local, PLAYABLE "who owns the zebra"-style logic-grid puzzle generator and solver. N positions in a row, each of several attribute categories (color, pet, drink, hobby, job -- drawn from a bank) assigned one distinct value per position; a set of clues logically pins down the one true arrangement.
new_puzzle builds a puzzle at a chosen difficulty (which controls grid size and category count) and
returns its clues. The solution is generated first, then clues are added one at a time from a pool of
every true statement about it, re-checking after each addition with an exact backtracking solver until
exactly one assignment satisfies everything -- then redundant clues are stripped out. This means the clue
list you're given is both SUFFICIENT (a unique solution is provably reachable) and roughly MINIMAL (no
leftover clue is dead weight).
make_deduction records a claimed (category, value, position) fact and checks it against the real hidden
solution. get_hint finds a cell whose position is the UNIQUE one consistent with every clue -- and
proves it, by checking that forcing that value to any other position makes the clue set unsatisfiable --
rather than just revealing an entry from a precomputed answer key. check_solution reports progress;
render_puzzle shows clues and your partial grid (never the solution); reveal_solution gives the full
answer for an end-of-game reveal or give-up.
There is no server-side game storage. Every call takes the full puzzle state (the exact object returned
by the previous call) and returns a new one. The real solution necessarily lives inside state -- don't
print the raw state to the player; use render_puzzle instead.
Not a puzzle with an unverified or merely-probable unique solution -- every puzzle's uniqueness (and every hint's forced-ness) is proven by an exact, exhaustive constraint-satisfaction search, not assumed.

What Logic Grid Puzzle is. Logic Grid Puzzle is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf to run a local logic-grid puzzle game — generating a puzzle, checking deductions, and computing hints.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — the puzzle state you (via your assistant) pass back on every call, your deductions, and the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one) — plus standard server logs.
Everything is computed locally and nothing is stored. Logic Grid Puzzle has no database and no server-side game storage of any kind. The entire puzzle state — including the solution — lives only in your conversation with your assistant, which passes it back to us on each call and receives an updated copy in the response. We do not persist it, log it, or use it for anything beyond computing that one response. No request is forwarded to any third party — there is no upstream call at all.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your name, your conversation with the assistant beyond the bare puzzle-state argument, or anything else about you. Each request is answered independently. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs (IP addresses and request paths, not request bodies) are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — computation is entirely local to this server. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Logic Grid Puzzle is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
