Original professional email drafts — 10 scenarios × formal/casual/firm tones, plus a tone rewriter
Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
generate_emaillist_scenarioslist_tonessubject_line_suggestionsopening_linesclosing_linestone_rewriteemail_length_checkfollow_up_timing_suggestionchecklist_before_sendingMailcraft generates original professional email drafts, not scraped templates. generate_email takes a scenario (introduction, follow_up, declining_meeting, requesting_feedback, apology, thank_you, meeting_request, cold_outreach, deadline_extension, resignation_notice), a tone (formal, casual, firm), and optional recipient/sender names plus scenario-specific context fields, returning a full subject/greeting/body/sign-off draft. list_scenarios and list_tones enumerate what's supported. subject_line_suggestions gives 3 subject options. opening_lines and closing_lines give reusable greeting/sign-off options for a tone. tone_rewrite applies rule-based phrase substitution (contractions, hedge words, formal/casual swaps) to shift existing text toward a target tone, listing exactly what changed. email_length_check reports word/sentence counts, reading time and a length verdict. follow_up_timing_suggestion gives hand-curated recommended wait times per scenario and a status once you say how many business days have passed. checklist_before_sending is a pre-send checklist. Keyless; fully local; nothing stored.
Sources: Original template compositions written for this connector, not reproduced from any real found source; tone rewriting is rule-based phrase substitution; fully local, zero upstream calls

"Write a formal follow-up email", "draft a casual thank-you note", "how firm should I be declining this meeting", "is my email too long" — original, ready-to-edit email drafts instead of a blank cursor.
generate_email takes a scenario — introduction, follow-up, declining a meeting, requesting feedback, apology,
thank-you, meeting request, cold outreach, deadline extension, or resignation notice — a tone (formal, casual, or
firm), and optional recipient/sender names plus a small set of scenario-specific context fields, and returns a full
original draft: subject, greeting, body and sign-off. list_scenarios and list_tones enumerate what's supported
and which fields each scenario expects. subject_line_suggestions gives three subject-line options.
opening_lines and closing_lines give reusable greeting and sign-off options for a tone, independent of any one
scenario. tone_rewrite applies rule-based phrase substitution — contraction expansion, hedge-word removal,
formal/casual phrase swaps — to shift existing text toward a target tone, and lists exactly which patterns fired.
email_length_check reports word/sentence counts, an estimated reading time, and a plain verdict on whether the
email runs long. follow_up_timing_suggestion gives a hand-curated recommended wait before following up on a given
scenario, and a status (too soon / good time / overdue) if you say how many business days have passed.
checklist_before_sending is a pre-send checklist.
Every template is an original composition written for this connector — never a real template scraped or
reproduced from any single found source. tone_rewrite is a heuristic phrase substitution, not a full rewrite: it
lists what it changed so you can review before sending, not a guarantee the result reads naturally in every case.
Placeholders like [reason] appear when you don't supply a context field — fill them in before sending.

What Mailcraft is. Mailcraft is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for original professional email drafting: template compositions across common workplace scenarios in formal, casual and firm tone variants, plus subject lines, a rule-based tone rewriter, and length/timing guidance. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one request.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a scenario, a tone, recipient/sender names, scenario context fields, or text you want tone-rewritten or length-checked — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. Every tool is a local calculation or a lookup against a bundled, hand-curated reference; no request is forwarded to any third party. Text you submit is processed for that one response and is not logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, or account credentials, and we do not build a profile from your requests: each one is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed or looked up locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Mailcraft is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
