About

MenopauseWise is a strictly non-diagnostic reference for menopause-stage terminology and this life stage, written with particular care never to assess or address any individual's own stage or symptoms. stage_terminology gives the standard definitions and typical, widely variable age ranges for perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause, plus premature, early and surgical menopause, referencing the STRAW+10 research framework. age_range_context takes an age and shows where it sits among published population ranges for typical perimenopause onset and typical menopause age (average around 51, typical range 45-55) — general population context only, explicitly never a personal assessment. wellness_topics covers sleep, bone health, heart health, physical activity, nutrition and emotional wellbeing as general topics commonly discussed in this life stage, each deferring to a clinician for anything individual. menopause_glossary defines terms including vasomotor symptoms, hormone therapy and FSH. Every answer carries a clear educational-only framing and defers to the person's own clinician for their own experience. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls.

Sources: Computed locally / hand-curated educational reference: STRAW+10 staging framework and general-consensus patient-education material (NAMS/ACOG-style); fully local, zero upstream calls

What MenopauseWise is for

"What's the difference between perimenopause and menopause", "what age does menopause usually happen", "general wellness tips for this life stage", "what is STRAW+10" — a strictly non-diagnostic, general educational reference for menopause-stage terminology and this life stage. It never tells anyone what stage they are in, never assesses symptoms, and never gives individual medical advice.

What it does

stage_terminology gives the standard definitions and typical, widely variable age ranges for perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause, plus the related terms premature, early and surgical menopause, and references the STRAW+10 research framework. age_range_context takes an age and shows where it sits among published population ranges for typical perimenopause onset and typical menopause age — general population context only, explicitly not a personal assessment of what stage anyone is actually in. wellness_topics covers general wellness topics commonly discussed in this life stage — sleep, bone health, heart health, physical activity, nutrition, emotional wellbeing — framed generically, never addressed to anyone's specific symptoms, and each pointing back to a clinician or professional for anything individual. menopause_glossary defines terms used elsewhere, including care to note that hormone-related terms describe options to discuss with a clinician rather than choices to make from general information alone.

What it is not

Not a diagnosis, not a symptom checker, not an assessment of any individual's stage or experience, and not medical advice. Ages, ranges and topics here describe published population data and vary a great deal between individuals — nothing here can tell you where you personally are in this transition or what you are experiencing; your own clinician is the right person for that conversation. Nothing you enter is stored.

MenopauseWise — Privacy Policy

Effective 28 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.

What MenopauseWise is. MenopauseWise is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for a hand-curated, non-diagnostic educational reference about menopause-stage terminology and this life stage. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one lookup.

What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — a stage name, an age, a wellness topic, or a glossary term — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is answered from bundled reference content and local logic, and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third party — there is no upstream call at all — and no age, topic or query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything. We never learn who you are or anything about your health.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, or your medical records, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None — the entire reference is bundled with the server and answered locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. MenopauseWise is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Terms of service

MenopauseWise — Terms of Service

Effective 28 September 2026. These terms govern use of the MenopauseWise connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. MenopauseWise returns a hand-curated, strictly non-diagnostic educational reference about menopause-stage terminology and this life stage — standard definitions, age-range context, general wellness topics, and a glossary — from bundled content. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. Not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not an assessment. MenopauseWise is general educational information only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and never assesses, screens, or makes any determination about any individual's stage, symptoms, or health. It does not know your medical history and cannot evaluate it; always consult your own clinician about your own experience, symptoms, or care, including before making any decision about hormone therapy or other treatment.
  3. General population information, not individualized. Age ranges and figures describe published population data and general-consensus patient-education material as of the build date stated in the Service's own data; individual variation is normal and expected, and this reference makes no claim about where any particular individual falls.
  4. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your query is answered from bundled reference content, and nothing is stored.
  7. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  9. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
