Meteo — Terms of Service

Effective 22 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Meteo connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

1. The Service. Meteo returns weather forecasts, observations, air quality, marine and historical data from Open-Meteo, and adds comfort scores, clothing and planning guidance. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
2. Official warnings take precedence. Meteo does not carry official weather warnings. Your national weather service's warnings, evacuation orders and marine advisories take precedence over anything the Service returns. Forecasts are model output and can be wrong, especially beyond a few days.
3. Not medical advice. Air-quality, UV and comfort guidance restates published EPA and WHO guidance for the general population and is not medical advice; people with a medical condition should follow their clinician's advice.
4. Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to overwhelm the underlying services or to circumvent rate limits. Automated use within the published limits is welcome.
5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: nothing about you is stored.
7. Attribution. Weather data by Open-Meteo.com (CC BY 4.0); place data © GeoNames (CC BY 4.0). Respect those licences when reusing output.
8. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
9. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
10. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
