A genuinely phase-differentiated 30/60/90-day onboarding plan generator, plus manager and new-hire checklists
Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
onboarding_plan_30_60_90manager_onboarding_checklistnew_hire_onboarding_checklistOnboardkit is a fully local new-employee-onboarding toolkit. onboarding_plan_30_60_90 takes a role_type (technical or non-technical) and returns three phases (days 1-30, 31-60, 61-90), each with its own theme, common tasks, and role-specific tasks that genuinely differ across phases and between technical and non-technical tracks — orientation/logistics, then scoped ownership, then full autonomy and process feedback. manager_onboarding_checklist gives the manager's own checklist (pre-arrival prep, structured check-ins, explicit 30/60/90 reviews) by role type. new_hire_onboarding_checklist gives the new hire's own checklist (self-paced setup, proactively asking for real work, giving onboarding feedback) by role type. Keyless; fully local; nothing submitted is stored or logged.
Sources: Computed locally / hand-curated onboarding-plan reference; fully local, zero upstream calls
The publisher, Unify Dynamics LLC, states that tool inputs are processed in memory and not retained.

Most "30-60-90 day plan" templates repeat the same three bullet points under three different headings. Onboardkit generates a plan where each phase is genuinely different in kind — day-1 logistics don't show up again at day 90, and day-90 ownership work doesn't show up at day 1 — plus a real split between what the manager should be doing and what the new hire should be doing, since the two roles need different things at the same milestone.
onboarding_plan_30_60_90 takes a role_type (technical or non-technical) and returns three phases
(days 1-30, 31-60, 61-90), each with its own theme, common tasks, and role-specific tasks. The first phase is
orientation and logistics (access provisioning, meeting the team, shadowing real work); the second is ramping
contribution (a small owned piece of real work, starting to contribute in meetings); the third is ownership
(running a project with real autonomy, proposing a process improvement, giving feedback on the onboarding
itself). Role-specific tasks genuinely differ: a technical plan covers dev-environment setup, code review
norms, and on-call orientation progressing to feature ownership and mentoring; a non-technical plan covers
core-tool ramp-up and observing stakeholder interactions progressing to independent ownership of a workflow
or relationship. manager_onboarding_checklist and new_hire_onboarding_checklist split the same timeline
into what each party should specifically be doing — the manager's checklist is about preparation and
check-ins; the new hire's is about self-paced setup and proactively asking for real work — differentiated by
role type on top of that split.
A generic template swapped between three headings. Every phase here has content specific to what that stage of onboarding is actually for, and the manager/new-hire split reflects that the same 30/60/90-day milestone means different responsibilities for each person. It's still a starting point, not a finished company policy — tool names, systems, and specifics should be adapted to your own company, and none of this replaces an actual onboarding conversation between the new hire, their manager, and HR.

What Onboardkit is. Onboardkit is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for new-employee-onboarding plan generation and checklists. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one tool call.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — typically just a role type (technical or non-technical) and an optional start date — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
We do not store, log, or retain the details you submit. Every tool assembles its response from hand-curated task banks bundled with the server; no request is forwarded to any third party, and nothing you send is written to a database, written to a request log, cached, or used to train anything. Request bodies are not logged.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, an employee's name, or any identifying information about a real new hire, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps, never the request content) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — there is no upstream call at all; every tool assembles output from a reference table bundled with the server. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived, content-free logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. Onboardkit is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
