About

Prioritygrid computes task prioritization instead of just describing frameworks. classify_task and classify_tasks take urgency/importance ratings (1-10) and compute the Eisenhower-matrix quadrant (Do First, Schedule, Delegate, Delete) with recommended action. quadrant_info explains one quadrant. priority_score computes a weighted score from urgency, importance and optional effort with overridable weights; rank_tasks does this for a batch and sorts it. gtd_explainer covers GTD's five stages (capture, clarify, organize, reflect, engage). gtd_clarify_step runs the actual GTD clarify decision tree on an item (not-actionable -> trash/someday-maybe/reference; under 2 minutes -> do now; multi-step -> project; otherwise -> single next action); two_minute_rule_check applies just that threshold. weekly_review_checklist is the classic GTD weekly review. delegation_candidate_check recommends whether to delegate based on quadrant and skill match. Keyless; fully local; nothing stored.

Sources: Eisenhower-matrix classification and scoring are computed locally from the numbers supplied; GTD explanations are original summaries of David Allen's widely-published Getting Things Done methodology; fully local, zero upstream calls

What Prioritygrid is for

"Is this task urgent or important", "should I delegate this", "what's the GTD clarify step for an unclear inbox item", "rank these five tasks" — the two classic prioritization frameworks, actually computed rather than just described.

What it does

classify_task and classify_tasks take urgency and importance ratings (1-10 each) and compute which Eisenhower- matrix quadrant a task falls in — Do First, Schedule, Delegate, or Delete — with the recommended action. quadrant_info explains one quadrant on its own. priority_score computes a weighted score from urgency, importance and optional effort (with overridable weights), and rank_tasks does this for a whole list and sorts it. gtd_explainer covers GTD's five stages — capture, clarify, organize, reflect, engage. gtd_clarify_step runs the actual GTD clarify decision tree on one item: not actionable routes to trash/someday-maybe/reference; under two minutes means do it now; multi-step means it's a project, not a task; otherwise it's a single next action. two_minute_rule_check applies just that threshold. weekly_review_checklist is the classic GTD weekly review. delegation_candidate_check recommends whether to delegate based on a task's quadrant and how well someone else could do it.

What it is not

Quadrant classification and scoring are computed directly from the numbers you provide — this connector doesn't read a task's text and guess its urgency or importance for you; you supply the ratings. The GTD explanations are original summaries of a widely-published methodology (David Allen's Getting Things Done), not reproduced text from the book itself.

Privacy policy

Prioritygrid — Privacy Policy

Effective 25 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.

What Prioritygrid is. Prioritygrid is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for task prioritization: computed Eisenhower-matrix quadrant classification and weighted priority scoring, plus a hand-curated GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology reference and clarify decision tree. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one request.

What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — urgency/importance/effort ratings, a list of tasks, a task description, or a GTD stage name — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. Every tool is a local calculation or a lookup against a bundled, hand-curated reference; no request is forwarded to any third party. Text you submit is processed for that one response and is not logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, or account credentials, and we do not build a profile from your requests: each one is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed or looked up locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. Prioritygrid is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Terms of service

Prioritygrid — Terms of Service

Effective 25 September 2026. These terms govern use of the Prioritygrid connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. Prioritygrid provides task prioritization: computed Eisenhower-matrix quadrant classification and weighted priority scoring, plus a hand-curated GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology reference and clarify decision tree, computed or looked up entirely on our server. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. General information, not professional advice. Prioritygrid's output is a drafting aid and reference tool. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and nothing it generates should be treated as a final, authoritative, or verified document without your own review.
  3. Original output. Templates, messages, and reference content generated or bundled by the Service are original compositions or hand-curated summaries of publicly known conventions — not reproductions of any single copyrighted source. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting anything generated before you rely on or send it.
  4. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your input is answered on our server and nothing is stored.
  7. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  9. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
