About

RecoveryScore is an informal, non-diagnostic daily readiness self-assessment, computed locally with no upstream calls. readiness_check takes your own 1-5 ratings of sleep quality, muscle soreness and mood/motivation, plus an optional resting-heart-rate trend versus your own baseline, and computes a composite 0-100 score using a documented weighting scheme (sleep 35%, soreness 30%, mood 20%, HR trend 15% when given, redistributed proportionally if omitted), with a tier (high/moderate/low_moderate/low) and a matching training-adjustment suggestion — call with no answers first to see the questionnaire. readiness_trend takes several days of composite scores and returns the average, a real least-squares trend (improving/steady/declining), and a flag for a sharp single-day drop that may signal overreaching. methodology_reference shows the full weighting scheme, HR-trend point mapping and tier thresholds for complete transparency. This is an informal self-assessment in the spirit of published subjective athlete-wellness questionnaires, built with its own weighting scheme — not a validated clinical instrument, a diagnosis, or medical advice. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls; nothing stored.

About RecoveryScore

RecoveryScore is an informal, non-diagnostic daily readiness self-assessment: three tools, all computed locally with no upstream calls, no accounts and no tracking.

  • Readiness check turns your own ratings of sleep quality, muscle soreness and mood/motivation (1-5 each), plus an optional resting-heart-rate trend versus your own baseline, into a composite 0-100 readiness score, a tier, and a training-adjustment suggestion for that tier. Call it with no answers to see the questionnaire and scale anchors first.
  • Readiness trend takes several days of composite scores and returns the average, a real trend (improving, steady or declining), and a flag for a sharp single-day drop that may be worth treating as a signal to back off.
  • Methodology reference shows the full weighting scheme, the resting-HR-trend point mapping, and the tier thresholds — nothing here is a hidden formula.

This is an informal self-assessment in the spirit of published subjective athlete-wellness questionnaires, built with our own weighting scheme — it is not a validated clinical instrument, a diagnosis, or medical advice. If something feels persistently off rather than day-to-day normal variation, that's worth a conversation with a coach or a doctor, not just a number from this tool.

Tools

Score

readiness_check — A composite 0-100 readiness score from sleep quality, muscle soreness, mood/motivation and an optional resting-HR trend, with a tier and a training-adjustment suggestion. Call with no arguments first to get the questionnaire. Use for "how ready am I to train today". Args: sleep_quality, muscle_soreness, mood_motivation, resting_hr_trend.

Trend

readiness_trend — Average readiness, a real trend (least-squares slope), and a flag for a sharp single-day drop that may signal overreaching. Use for "check my readiness trend over the last 5 days". Args: daily_scores.

Transparency

methodology_reference — The full readiness-score weighting scheme, the resting-HR-trend point mapping, and the tier thresholds. Use for "how is the readiness score actually calculated". Args: none.

Conventions

  • Read-only. Every tool computes from your given answers; nothing is written anywhere and nothing about the user is stored.
  • Result envelope. ok: true with data, or ok: false with a structured error (bad_input).
  • Rate limits. Free tier 60 tool calls/minute and 300/day per user (keyed on the user identifier supplied by the host agent, else client IP); Pro keys raise this. Over-limit calls return HTTP 429 with Retry-After. initialize and tools/list are never counted.

RecoveryScore — Privacy Policy

Effective 28 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.

What RecoveryScore is. RecoveryScore is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for an informal readiness self-assessment: a composite score from your own sleep/soreness/mood ratings and an optional resting-heart-rate trend, a multi-day trend check, and methodology reference. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the values needed for that one calculation.

What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — self-rated sleep quality, muscle soreness and mood/motivation (1-5 each), an optional resting-heart-rate trend category, or a list of composite scores for trend checking — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.

Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. The weighting scheme and tier thresholds are hand-authored constants bundled with the server; no request is forwarded to any third party, and no query — including your self-ratings or scores — is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything. We do not build a health or wellness profile from your queries: each call is answered independently and nothing carries over between requests, including your resting-heart-rate trend answers.

What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, account credentials, or any raw heart-rate, sleep-tracker, or wearable data — RecoveryScore's tools only take the trend category or 1-5 ratings you type in, never a device connection. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).

Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.

Children. RecoveryScore is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.

Terms of service

RecoveryScore — Terms of Service

Effective 28 September 2026. These terms govern use of the RecoveryScore connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. RecoveryScore returns an informal readiness self-assessment — a composite score from self-rated sleep quality, muscle soreness, mood/motivation and an optional resting-heart-rate trend, a multi-day trend check, and methodology reference — computed from a hand-built, documented weighting scheme bundled with the server. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP.
  2. Not medical advice, not a diagnosis. RecoveryScore is an informal, self-reported wellness questionnaire in the general spirit of published subjective athlete-wellness tools. It does not diagnose overtraining, illness, or any medical condition, and its score, tier and suggestions are general wellness guidance only, not a substitute for a coach's or doctor's evaluation. Persistent low readiness, unexplained fatigue, or a resting-heart-rate trend that concerns you deserves a conversation with a clinician, not reliance on this score.
  3. Self-reported, not measured. The score is only as accurate as the honest, consistent ratings you provide — it has no way to verify sleep quality, soreness, mood, or heart-rate trend independently, and the weighting scheme is an informal heuristic, not a validated clinical formula.
  4. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  6. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your query is answered on our server and nothing is stored.
  7. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or training or health outcome arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  9. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
