A hand-curated backyard bird ID guide — North America, India and Brazil
Real screen-time breakdown vs. benchmarks, a gradual reduction schedule, and wellbeing tips
Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
breakdown_analysisreduction_schedulewellbeing_tipswellbeing_tipsScreenTime turns self-reported screen time into a real plan, computed locally with no upstream calls. breakdown_analysis takes minutes-per-day by category and computes the real percentage each makes up of your total, plus a comparison against approximate, commonly cited general benchmarks for recognized categories (social media, entertainment, gaming, browsing, messaging, work). reduction_schedule takes a current total, a target reduction percentage, and a number of weeks, and computes a real linear step-down schedule — each week decreases by the same fixed amount and the final week lands exactly on the target — the commonly recommended gradual approach to habit change over an abrupt cutoff. wellbeing_tips gives concrete tips by category: notifications, app limits, screen-free blocks, sleep/bedtime, and mindful use. Benchmarks and tips are hand-curated general reference, not medical advice. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls; nothing stored.

Making sense of self-reported screen time — how your categories compare to general averages — and turning a reduction goal into an actual week-by-week plan instead of a vague intention, plus concrete digital-wellbeing tips you can act on today.
Breakdown — breakdown_analysis takes your self-reported minutes-per-day by category (social media, work,
entertainment, gaming, browsing, messaging, or any label you use) and computes the real percentage each makes
up of your total, plus a comparison against approximate, commonly cited general benchmarks for recognized
categories — clearly labeled as general reference points, not a personal target or a measurement of you.
Goal setting — reduction_schedule turns a current total and a target reduction percentage into a real
week-by-week schedule: an equal linear step-down each week that lands exactly on your target by the final week,
following the commonly recommended gradual approach to changing a habit rather than an abrupt cutoff that tends
to trigger rebound. Tips — wellbeing_tips gives concrete, actionable tips by category: notifications, app
limits, screen-free time blocks, sleep/bedtime habits, and mindful use.
ScreenTime doesn't read your actual device usage — it works from whatever numbers you report. Benchmarks are approximate general averages from published screen-time reports, not a personalized assessment, and nothing here is medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice. If screen use is tied to a wellbeing concern beyond simple habit adjustment, talk to a professional rather than relying on a reference tool.

What ScreenTime is. ScreenTime is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for screen-time breakdown analysis, a gradual reduction-schedule calculator, and a digital-wellbeing tips reference. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the numbers needed for that one calculation.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — the self-reported minutes-per-day by category you give for a breakdown, a current total/target reduction percentage/number of weeks for a schedule, or a tips category — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
ScreenTime does not read your actual device usage. This connector has no access to your phone, browser, or app usage data — it only receives whatever numbers you (via your assistant) choose to report to it, and performs arithmetic against hand-curated reference tables bundled with the server.
Everything is computed on our server and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third party, and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything. Each call is answered independently.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, contacts, or account credentials. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — every tool is computed locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. For users in California, the EU/UK and elsewhere, our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. ScreenTime is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
