Stretch routine builder by activity (running, desk work, lifting, cycling) and mobility drills by target area
Unify Dynamics LLC
Real questions, and the tools your agent calls to answer them.
stretch_routinestretch_routinestretch_routinemobility_routineStretchRoutine builds structured stretch and mobility routines from a hand-curated general-fitness reference. stretch_routine covers running, desk work, weightlifting, cycling and a general default, giving the muscle groups each uses, a dynamic (moving) pre-activity warm-up selection, and a static (held) post-activity cool-down selection, following the general sports-science preference for dynamic stretching before effort and static stretching after it, with hold times and set counts from a general ACSM-style flexibility guideline. Each routine carries a computed total-duration estimate built from its own items. mobility_routine gives a general mobility-drill routine for hips, shoulders, ankles, thoracic spine, neck or wrists, also with a computed duration estimate. General fitness information throughout, not physical therapy or a rehabilitation program. Keyless; fully local; zero upstream calls.

"Stretch routine for running", "post-workout stretches for weightlifting", "hip mobility routine", "stretches for desk work" — a structured, general-fitness stretch and mobility builder.
stretch_routine gives a structured routine for an activity (running, desk work, weightlifting, cycling, or a
general full-body default): the muscle groups it uses, a dynamic (moving) pre-activity warm-up selection, and a
static (held) post-activity cool-down selection, following the general sports-science preference for dynamic
stretching before effort and static stretching after it. Hold times and set counts follow a general
ACSM-style flexibility guideline (roughly 15-30 seconds per hold, 2-3 sets per muscle group), and each routine
comes with a computed total-duration estimate built from its own items. mobility_routine gives a general
mobility-drill routine for a target area (hips, shoulders, ankles, thoracic spine, neck, wrists), also with a
computed duration estimate.
Not physical therapy, not a rehabilitation program, and not a substitute for a physical therapist, athletic trainer or doctor if you're working around an injury or a specific limitation. Ease into every stretch, never bounce, and stop or modify anything that causes sharp pain. Nothing you enter is stored.
Effective 28 September 2026. Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us"), Menlo Park, California.
What StretchRoutine is. StretchRoutine is a connector (an MCP server and REST API) that AI assistants and personal agents call on your behalf for a hand-curated stretch and mobility routine by activity or target area. You interact with your assistant; the assistant sends us only the arguments needed for that one lookup.
What we receive. The arguments of each tool call — an activity name, a phase (pre/post/both), or a target area — the technical headers needed to serve the request (an IP address or a client identifier supplied by the assistant, and a Pro API key if you have one), and standard server logs.
Everything is answered from bundled reference content and local computation, and nothing is stored. No request is forwarded to any third party — there is no upstream call at all — and no query is logged in request bodies, recorded, or used to train anything.
What we do not receive or store. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, your name, or any health or fitness history, and we do not build a profile from your queries: each request is answered independently. Rate-limit counters (a client identifier and timestamps) are held in memory for at most 24 hours. Hosting-provider access logs, which contain IP addresses and request paths but not request bodies, are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Sub-processors. None — the entire reference is bundled with the server and answered locally. Hosting: Vercel (United States regions).
Legal bases and your rights. Our processing is necessary to provide the service you request through your assistant. Because we store no personal data beyond short-lived logs, requests to access, correct or delete personal data are usually satisfied automatically; you can still contact agent@connectorbay.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use your data to train models.
Children. StretchRoutine is a general-audience service operated by the adult using the assistant.
Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date.
