US Tariff Change Watch — Terms of Service

Effective 29 September 2026. These terms govern use of the US Tariff Change Watch connector ("the Service") operated by Unify Dynamics LLC ("we", "us").

  1. The Service. US Tariff Change Watch provides: Weekly check on whether the HTS revision changed, what moved on the HTS lines a small importer watches, and which new Federal Register tariff notices and presidential trade actions came out. It is accessed through an AI assistant or directly over MCP or HTTP, and is read-only.
  2. General information, not professional advice. Output is general information and a drafting aid. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or payment advice, and it is not a filing or a payment instruction. General information only, not customs, legal or tax advice. US Tariff Change Watch is an independent tool: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the U.S. International Trade Commission, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, the Office of the Federal Register or any other government body. A changed schedule line or a Federal Register notice is reported as published; it does not say what duty applies to an import. Tariff classification and the duties owed are decided by CBP, and duty programs change often. Check the cited official source and confirm with a licensed customs broker or qualified professional before you rely on a result.
  3. Independent. US Tariff Change Watch is independent; not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any government body, central bank, standards body or scheme operator. Official names are used only to describe what a tool works with.
  4. Sources and dates. Reference values state their source, date and validity period. Rules change: check the cited official source before you rely on a result.
  5. Acceptable use. Automated use within the published rate limits is welcome. Do not use the Service to look up private individuals or to circumvent any authority's controls.
  6. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change, limit or discontinue it at any time.
  7. Data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we process. In short: your input is answered on our server and nothing is stored.
  8. Pro keys. Optional Pro API keys are issued at our discretion, are personal to the holder and may be revoked for abuse.
  9. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unify Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to US $100.
  10. Governing law. California law; venue in San Mateo County, California.
