What Twilio Voice Intelligence (BYOK) is for
Twilio Voice Intelligence (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Twilio Voice Intelligence data through the Twilio Voice Intelligence API with a key you supply (Account SID or API key SID (use a restricted API key, SID starts with SK, rather than the main Auth Token where possible)). Read-only: 10 tools (list_services, get_service, list_transcripts, get_transcript, list_operators, get_operator, list_prebuilt_operators, list_custom_operators, list_operator_types, get_service_operators). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to intelligence.twilio.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twilio Voice Intelligence. Twilio Voice Intelligence and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which Voice Intelligence services do I have?"
- "Is auto redaction on for Voice Intelligence service GA...?"
- "Which Voice Intelligence transcripts failed this week?"
- "How long was transcript GT...?"
- "Which Voice Intelligence operators exist?"
- "What does operator GY... detect?"
What it does
list_services: List Voice Intelligence services with language, auto-transcribe and redaction settings and version.get_service: Get one Voice Intelligence service: language, auto-transcription, redaction, data logging and webhook settings.list_transcripts: List transcript records (metadata only, no spoken text) with status, language, duration and start time. Filter by service, status, language or date.get_transcript: Get one transcript's metadata: status, language, duration, redaction flag and start time. The text is not returned.list_operators: List all language operators (prebuilt and custom) with type, author, version and availability.get_operator: Get one language operator: type, author, version, availability and configuration.list_prebuilt_operators: List the prebuilt operators provided by Twilio.list_custom_operators: List the custom operators created in the account.list_operator_types: List operator types (the kinds of analysis available) with output type, supported languages and whether they are configurable.get_service_operators: List the SIDs of operators attached to one Intelligence Service.
BYOK key
You bring your own Twilio Voice Intelligence Account SID or API key SID (use a restricted API key, SID starts with SK, rather than the main Auth Token where possible) (https://www.twilio.com/docs/iam/api-keys/keys-in-console). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to intelligence.twilio.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
